Ordered was advised delivery 29th. Was delayed and then told delivery the 30th DHL notified at 2am it was at delivery depot still no delivery. DHL useless

Purchased a few items from these guy's

Purchased a few items from these guy's, including a Cube ebike, and there customer service is second to none.
On this occasion I ordered a replacement
rear light at 12:30 and it arrived within 24 hours.
Other companies have taken months, yes months !
Highly recommend.

Provide a great service

Provide a great service. Bike dispatched on time. Bike well packed. We had a slight issue which was actioned very quickly. Pleasure to do business with, even if it’s an online purchase for us.
Would definitely buy from e-bike shop again.
