Dynojet was installed and made my Triumph run terrible. Spent over $600 on a chip that probably cost them about $6 to make. Then spent another $300 on professional install. Then spent over 20 hours trying to diagnose why it wasent working… poor customer service. They don’t answer the phone after 30
Minutes of holding for a rep.. I took it off my bike and put everything back to stock. Worked just fine and didn’t have any flat spots and stutters. Do yourself a favor and don’t purchase this!
I would avoid Dynojet
Bought a Power Vision 4 through their distributer. The device heated up to 91C (194 F), wouldnt connect to the bike at all, wouldnt accept firmware.
Dynojet refuses to replace it despite their website stating they have a manufacturers warranty. They insist I return it to the destributer - something they state is required on that site but which they clearly point out is ONLY for American customers.
So my broken device is currently bouncing around 4 weeks now and Im out almost $1000 with no timeframe when or if it will be replaced.

Horrible customer service “proof of purchase” is BS I own it do you warranty your garbage or not???
I've been a Dynojet customer for…
I've been a Dynojet customer for several years and have purchased multiple products, so this review is based on my actual experience.
The technical support representative was courteous and did try to help, but I felt like I was being rushed through the call. Every time I tried to explain what my Power Vision was doing, I was interrupted before I could fully describe the problem.
The issue was never resolved because the technician focused on software troubleshooting instead of listening to my concerns. The real problem turned out to be that the Power Vision itself was failing and could no longer reliably communicate with my computer. If I had been given the opportunity to fully explain the symptoms, I believe we could have reached that conclusion much sooner.
I don't expect miracles, but I do expect technical support to listen carefully before assuming what the problem is. Dynojet makes good products, but their customer service would be much better if technicians took a little more time to hear customers out and diagnose the issue instead of rushing them off the phone. Thinking they know best
Customer service is absolute trash
Their customer service is absolute trash. I guess they got to big to care. I even filed a complaint claiming that they tried to reach me and then would only talk over email. When i complained about that, i never heard from them again. They do not care.
Their website is not beginner friendly but their ai is quite good ar guiding you through. I'm glad that i have their product, but if there was another company wirh the same product i NEVER would have given them my business.
Get from a dealership
Ordered a tuner, found out that it would void the warranty. Returned it so I could buy a Harley approved. It took FOREVER to get the refund and when I finally got it, it’s $100 less than the purchase. I’ve emailed, called, etc and can’t get a response. Customer service has been terrible
Not sure how they are self claiming…
Not sure how they are self claiming they’re so great, I called pay for a program told it’s gonna be 24 hours maybe 48. Here we are seven days later and no program, so basically longer to get the program than it took to put the jugs and pistons in what a joke. Don’t try calling these people they push you to their website and garbage AI program chat bot,
Support was horrible and rude.
You don’t need to reach back out but I work at a dealership and called support for help and got nothing but the worst attitude know to man. Was told I was wrong and had no idea what I was talking about. Worst customer service to date. I’ll definitely be recommending all my customers to stay away from this unprofessional company. I ended up fixing my issue on my own cause it turned out I had more knowledge and experience than whoever was on the phone. Just thought maybe I could get a little insight but that’s where I went wrong. Do better guys. Deserves 0 stars.

dynojet won't help you
I bought a powervision for a harley M8.
There are only 3 maps offered by dynojet. none of them fit my bike.
I contacted dynojet: they are of no use! or even make fun of you. buy something else.
If you love your ride, look elsewhere
I felt the need to share my brutal experience with you if you’re thinking about buying a Dynojet to flash your bike, especially if it’s a Canam. I bought this and was first-off very disappointed that they advertise this as have a “library” of tunes to choose from and there’s only 2. One from 2019 that caused my bike to surge and wouldn’t go over 20MPH. The newer one did increase my rev limit by 200RPM's but otherwise I could not feel any better performance. The big issues was as soon as I flashed this for the first time, all of a sudden my engine light came on and the message “transmission service required” came on? The bike started acting weird beeping for 30 seconds every time I turned it off and it took 5 minutes for the lights to turn off. I emailed Dynojet and they said it must be the bike even though I am still 50000 miles form needing this service. So I chalked it up to a coincidence. I then took my bike to the dealer for annual serv ice and asked them to clear the code for me, which they did. Before I took it in, I flashed it back to the stock tune as I wasn’t sure if that would be a warranty issue. Got my bike back and it ran like a top, message was gone, bike was back to normal! The next day I decided to flash the tune back on the bike. Guess what…the engine light came back on and all the weird symptoms have resumed! I cant believe it. It was the flash the whole time. So I have reached out to Dynojet 10 times and since I bought it from Revco.ca, they wont do anything and tell me I have to work with Revco. So I talked to Revco a dozen times and they say since I’ve used the license, they wont take it back and I need to deal with Dynojet for support. So, I have basically lit $600 on fire and have returned by bike to stock as I want nothing to do with Dynojet “Technology”. Not sure if they just don’t know what they are doing with Canam or in general but at this point, I plan to upgrade my exhaust and maybe try the Pedal Commander as the Dynojet did ZERO for throttle response change. So buyer beware. If they actually get back to me and work on a resolution, I will revise my review. If you’re reding this however, they did not.
Centralita POWER COMANDER V…
