Getting rid of steel plastic glass
We had a lot of plastic, steel and glass to dump from our garden. Quick service, very pleasant driver. Our trash was a lot more than expected. We tipped the driver extra for his service. I would definitely use this service again in the future!

When you create the listing for the…
When you create the listing for the move, there is not enough space to describe all the little bags and small things. You can only put the average volume. Therefore, the driver wanted extra money for the bags, because not present in the description.

It’s you, not us who sets the price after all. At the moment indeed, you must provide accurate description and/or 2 pictures (!) of all cargo, it seems you missed it in both.
Short description is due to limit of an SMS - in a way similar to twitter.
Also, for the future, you could publish several listings at NO extra cost to you!

Pourquoi d'abord enregistrer la carte bancaire...pas très éthique. Autant payer directement avec la carte qu'on a comme pour tout paiement. Mis à part cela, tout est bien. Le chauffeur très aimable

Driver response and punctuality are…
Driver response and punctuality are just perfect. On the other hand, the website looks primitive and makes me nervous. I could not log in many times even when I typed the correct one. Also, I got sudden logout many times during making my listing. There was no instruction how the payment happens so I’ve been not sure until I got SMS to ask me to confirm that the job was done or not. There are many rooms for improvement in the website experience.
