Great customer service
What a pleasure to find an online shop that communicates well with its customers. My wife ordered some oil that was out of stock but we received regular updates on availability and delivery times and the order came through as promised. The products that she has used are in her words 'top notch' and well worth paying a little bit more for.

Happy New Year and apologies for not replying earlier to this lovely review! It makes us very happy to hear such positive feedback and that your Wife has really appreciated the products we formulate and manufacture in house.
We take great pride in sourcing arguably some of the best ingredients in the world, from artisan suppliers who have the same ethos as us and who we learn so much from. There is a wonderful community of hard working, innovative and problem solving producers all over the world and we obsess in finding them to use their ingredients. These ingredients are the foundation of our products and we love bringing them to our community and customers. Thank you for being part of our journey.
Wishing you a fabulous 2026 from Haval and the Dutchy Labs team.

Thank you for this positive review Ed. Our Cognitive Focus capsules are flying out now and for good reason, but we are really happy they have helped you with your clarity.
Having come across DL through some…
Having come across DL through some friends and having used adaptogen products in the past whilst being keen to try CBD they seemed like a good option. What comes across straight away is the quality of product. Having enquired about some of the products the DL owner Haval was kind enough to run me through everything. Super insightful and it's clear that DL are sourcing their products from the best available sources. So far I have been using the Cognitive focus + memory support, improved energy + immune support as well as the CBD oil. Will be buying next month for sure!

Great service and advice
Great service and advice to guide me to the right product.
Having been recommended to try Dutchy Labs by a friend, I got in touch as I wasn't sure which of their products was going to work best for me.
Not only did I get advice about the products, I got a plan to help me try them and advice on how to work that out.
Thanks, Haval!

Love this company
Love this company. Communicated with me instantly, when website had a glitch on my payment. The product came quickly when I ordered, and it is the only thing so far that I have tried, that actually works on calming down, and stopping a condition on my lips, called Perioral Dermatitis, which is very uncomfortable, and sore if left untreated. I found this product on a stand, at Houghton Festival, and very happy I did 😀

Hi Alison, thank you for this wonderful review. For you to post this a few months after you buying it makes us super proud. Our CBD skin balm is effective for so many uses and we are learning more as reviews like yours come in and explain how it personally worked for you. Thank you once again, time for us to get in the lab and create some new formulations! Have a great weekend.
Little pot of magic
I have recently started using their skin balm and couldn't recommend it enough. Not too oily or rich. Perfect consistency. I use it for my lips, sore nose from allergies, for my achy joints and dry skin patches. A little pot of magic. Super knowledgeable and helpful team also.

Thank you for the lovely review. Our skin balm, which is more of an all round fix-it balm, works wonders for skin and muscle damage and is full of organic certified ingredients. We can't wait to launch our full cosmetic range later this year!

Thank you for the positive review on such a dreary morning. It always motivates us to work harder when we receive reviews like this, as we take great pride in our product quality and effectiveness. Our customer care team work incredibly hard to allow Haval, the founder to work on his latest formulations and keep the business moving forward and innovating.
If you need any assistance with dosing or further information, we are always an email or phone call away. Have a great rest of the week Jonathan.
