Dutch Label Shop gave my art the professional finishing touch it needed. My logo is now displayed beautifully on my handmade rugs and I couldn't be happier. Be warned, it took a little while longer than I expected to arrive, so order in advance if you need them by a deadline. They were definitely worth the wait.

I’ve ordered twice from them. Both have been nothing but positive. Both patches being very detail designs. They pulled it off! Both look amazing and I’ll be ordering from them again.

The woven labels are good quality, look nice, and arrived quickly. Communication from DLS was very good too.

I ordered labels and hang tags. The ordering process was very smooth and easy. Both labels and hang tags were excellent quality! Shipping was very fast too.

Print quality is very good. Text clarity is surprisingly clear given the small size of label I had created.

Beautiful labels! Very fast turnaround time, much faster than anticipated. Label was easily customized, the communication was smooth and fast, price was fair and frankly the quality was far better than I expected. 10/10 experience, this is my label shop from now on.

The labels I ordered are perfect for sewing onto the items I make. The quality is very good and there are many options available to customize what you need. They arrived in a very timely manner, too!

I'm not pleased with my experience. I received my woven patches much larger than I wanted. First, I tried calling and using the online chat, but neither went through. Email was the only communication that went through. I initially set the size of the dimensions manually at 1.75" square, but when I uploaded my artwork, it auto-detected the size at 2.75." I did not see this change on the preview, and double-checked my artwork... it was at 1.75", the correct size.

I brought this up with one of the supervisors, even screen-recorded the upload and order process to show there is a flaw in the process by recreating the same issue. I kept getting pushback and other excuses for why it wasn't their fault, even though it was fully my fault. I even mentioned the money-back guarantee, and said I don't want my money back, I just want the patches at the correct size. I was only offered a maximum of 20% off my next order.

I don't recommend Dutch Label for this reason, and I am not pleased with their customer service in handling this matter.

I'm extremely pleased with my custom embroidered labels! Not only are they beautiful and well made, they look very professional. I'm very proud to add a special label to a very special project!!

I ordered two designs and both came out lovely! It was super easy to pick the sizing and colors to how I wanted and it's why I picked DLS. Very direct online designer system. It took 2 weeks to ship them out, like expected. I wasn't initially sure how my designs would translate to woven labels, but the details showed perfectly, so I'm very happy with this purchase!

Dutch label shop is the best for high quality labels, made and shipped in very reasonable time frame!

Great service from start to finish, amazing quality woven patches. Delivery took a couple of weeks, but well worth the wait. Highly recommended.

I have never in my life written a bad review... Poor communication and unhelpful customer service. They advertise 'Fast Delivery', but that is not what I have experienced. I chatted with a rep a week ago and he said that all orders were delayed due to their factory being closed for maintenance. Was told he would email me with the estimated ship date and that never happened. Just had a similar experience with another person in customer service. It seems that they would have alerted customers of a temporary longer shipping turnaround. Anyway... I am just venting. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Not really convinced that I will receive my order.

They consistently fail to ship or provide items on the time frame they promise. They then don't help at all customers service wise and talk down to you about disclaimers. Avoide them at all costs.

Die Kommunikation ist erstklassig und an der Qualität habe ich auch nichts auszusetzen. Also willst du einen guten Patch tragen, musste nur bei DutchLabelShop fragen ;-]
