Durindal and Sebastian’s SWAT training…

Durindal and Sebastian’s SWAT training was a true game changer for me.

Sales had always felt uncomfortable. I never wanted to come across as pushy, which made it hard to confidently close. SWAT shifted that in a way that felt both practical and personal. The approach is grounded in psychology and rooted in genuine service, which made the entire process feel more natural and aligned with who I am.

I really feel like SWAT gives you the tools to make sales feel conversational and purposeful. Instead of forcing anything, it helped me focus on clearly communicating the problem I help solve and showing up in a way that feels honest and supportive.

Absolutely essential for any serious entrepreneur

Sebastian and the Durindal team have created something truly unique and fiercely powerful. Their training seamlessly blends psychology and sales while maintaining a fierce ethical standard. In the age of (bad) information, vetted and proven frameworks are worth their weight in gold. This is not something you can just 'soundboard' with ChatGPT and have it spit out a series of formulaic questions to ask on your sales calls. Nor is it something that can be captured via the tick boxes in your off-the-shelf CRM. It is quite telling that one of the words that reoccurred most in the training was 'how'. Too many folks focus on painting the picture of 'what' so that they can create the illusion of understanding. Or else, they will ruminate on 'why' and think that if they are clear and verbal about it, that doing so will magically magnetize the right people to them. Whereas, we ought to be more bothered about 'so what' (aka how it matters), and that is precisely what we focused on here. The material was intuitively organized, engaging, and immediately actionable. If you're looking for (a) structure that guides but doesn't restrict and (b) a way of selling that centers your prospects while demonstrating your expertise, you are in the right place. Enjoy and bring something to take notes, you'll need it!

I just want to take a moment to thank Sebastian for his SWAT Sales Training. Minutes after finishing the certification, I used what I learned to close a client, and I keep realizing how much depth is in this framework every time I re-listen to the recording. What really stood out to me was how practical and human this methodology is—it’s built on influence, psychology, and trust rather than pressure or gimmicks.
The training completely reshaped the way I think about sales conversations. For example, the concept of treating sales as a diagnostic process instead of a discovery call completely clicked for me. The tools of active listening, mirroring, and emotion labeling felt natural and gave me instant leverage in conversations without feeling “salesy.” I’ve been on plenty of trainings before, but this one actually showed me how to position myself live, in real time, around what each client values most—and that’s exactly what helped me close right after.
Another thing I appreciated was Sebastian’s focus on service and ethics. He drills in that selling isn’t about tricking people but about helping them move through resistance toward real progress. That mindset shift alone has already boosted my confidence and made me realize that not selling (when I know I can help)is actually a disservice.

I hate most sales trainings but THIS...

Came in with no expectations and an open mind and training completely blew me away!

It takes relational selling to a whole new level. I know about "asking more questions than talking," building relationships, and navigating vibe checks. The SWAT training makes the emotions in sales to be a leverage. The tactics in here make sales feel less icky and transactional.

I'm about to review my training notes and I recommend anyone to complete this training!
