WARNING, WARNING, WARNING!! This is a scam company, selling fake stuff. Don´t EVER order anything from them.

Zero Stars! I ordered the eye cream as well January 15 and I have still not received it. It’s been over two months! After reading the reviews on how the cream doesn’t work I’m feeling very discouraged. I have emailed them many times. The first time two weeks after I put my order in because I didn’t receive any kind of notification on tracking. All the other emails are assuring me the product is going to arrive blah blah blah even if it does arrive, which I highly doubt. according to the comments in the reviews here it looks like the cream doesn’t even work. I’m going to call my bank to see if there’s anything I can do, but I highly doubt it. lesson learned!

But I have to pay, because they proofed to Klarna, that they delivered. I have no idea, how, as in the link they send me, the delivery is still open.
Everything seems to ba a scam.

Fraudulent company! Do not buy anything from them! I bought their eye firming cream which did nothing! I contacted the company and stated I would like to return it for a refund, $51.49. They asked me to send them a picture of the product. I did and they said it was the correct product. I told them it didn’t work as advertised. They said I would have to pay shipping cost if I returned it and it would be very expensive. I told him I would do that for a refund and they blew me off. I kept contacting them, and the last thing they told me was to give it to a friend and maybe my friend would like the product! Don’t be fooled by this company!

I bought Peter Thomas Roths eyecream. It took 6 weeks before it was delivered and in the mean time the tracking no. didn´t work. When I finally got it, the packaging was different from the original that was showed on their picture, also the printed name on it wasn´t fully correct. And the cream did´nt work at all as promised, absolutely NO results!!
Some days later I managed to get a free, small sample of the original product, from a phamacy nearby. That cream had a completely other colur, texture and smell, and it gave an immediate result! It´s very clear that it´s not at all the same product.

I wrote to Duplicaten and they asked me to send photos, wich I did (pictures showed very obvious differences of the two products). Their answer was that they have compared the pictures and have come to the conclusion that nothing is wrong...
I don´t really know if I should laught or cry, but I will for sure never buy anything more from them!

This is a scam avoid and shame to older women advertising eye cream. Dispute charge with your credit card company

I can’t give more than one star because I still haven’t received my product and it has been over a month. They advertise “LAST DAY…..!!!!” but have no product to send? I have chatted and emailed with customer service and was told to check the tracking. Well, the tracking seems to be stuck between countries or something, because I get the same info every time I check. They also tagged almost 25% more onto my PayPal charge. When I disputed that, they apologized and removed it. I have no doubt if I hadn’t checked myself, they would have made that much more off of me. No one seems to be able to tell me where my product is or when I will receive it. I told them I just want my money back at this point, but no good answer to that.They say it has already shipped….
After reading the reviews on here, I’m pretty sure I’ll be disappointed with the eye cream I ordered too. Live and learn, I guess.

Total scam. PeterThomas Roth Instant firm eye product bought. Really small tube - like a sample. And it is not the product that is claimed inside. Does not work at all. Just like regular moisture.

El 7 Enero compré crema contorno ojos para eliminar bolsas. Me mandaron mail como recibí de mi pedido. Ayer vino correis a traerme un burofax, esta retenido en aduana, lo que implica aportar documentación y ya veremos si no me toca pagar. Al hacer la compra venia en dolares y entendí que era americana, gran error mio. Los productos vienen de China y acabo de ver que no es fiable esta web. De momento tengo problema aduana y creo que el contenido de mi crema va a ser un fraude. Ya veremos pero no volveré a comprar si no es de un sitio fiable.

Having corresponded by email and chat system, NOTHING happens.
I found a tracking number for EMS - it worked last week, now it does not.
I am also blocked from duplicaten.com !!

I purchased instant lift eye cream from this company and have been overcharged $20+. the size of the tubes are not explained anywhere and the product simply doesn't work. Very disappointed and clearly out of pocket.

This company is a scam. I purchased skin care mid December; I e-mailed them several times for a shipping update and they finally told me that it was delivered 1/12/24. I DID NOT RECEIVE THIS PRODUCT! I intend to dispute the charge with my bank.
Don't buy from duplicaten.....

They seem to be made well enough and it's a good fit. Nice sole so th y can be worn outdoors. My mistake that I didn't pay enough attention to shipping so it was expensive and took a long time to get here.

Less than one star!! Liars, scammers and fakes! They reel you in under cover of a US company only to email receipt from China!! 1 1/2 months later no product—only slew of fake robot messages stating apologies and that it’s already shipped- hope you like it! They’re nuts! They WANT you to go to MC/VISA and get yr refund meantime they too get to keep the money knowing you’ll be happy to just get refund- no wonder CC fees are high!! DO NOT BE A DUMMY LIKE ME!! Avoid theses scammers- they work hard for YOUR money!

SCAM… do not purchase from this site/store. Try to return something? Forget it!! All e-mail & chat are automated answers so you never truly get to anyone who can help you or would help you anyway. Don’t waste your money!!
