Avoid this company. Tickets ordered for the San Siro Stadium & Museum Tour. Took my money, tickets never arrived. Chased the company, still no response.
The stadium were wonderful and provided complimentary passes..
Neppe handel zo dus!!
Absolutely do not use Mida tickets platform in Italy to buy tickets to Doug’s Cathedral in Milan!
Our flight got cancelled from Venus to Milan and we had tickets prepaid abd pre booked with this company , Fitst they said by email
In the future when you come back anytime to Milan abd we live in LA we give you sane vip tickets you prepaid, and we have email to prove that.
Now sent them 3 emails and no responses minths after.
What a shame! Be aware!!
Avoid this company. I thought I had been scammed because I never received my tickets, but in fact my tickets arrived just 15 minutes before my scheduled entry to the Duomo in Milan. (I was there during the Olympics.) I was charged EUR 71 for tickets with a face value of EUR 44. There is no need to use this web site to book tickets. This company offers no added value and no booking convenience.
It's a scam website. They emailed saying our time was actually no longer available and then the reschedule / refund system just failed each time.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!
Thought this was the official site as it was top of the list on Google. Bought two tickets for €22... But was charged €66!!!
From reading the review below seems they charge a 50% service charge but don't tell you this anywhere!!
Scam.
