I ordered 3 pairs of tights to be delivered and specifically mention in special instructions section at time of order that due to recent theft at my unit complex I needed parcel taken to nearest post office for collection if I was not home to receive directly. I then backed this up with an email requesting the same. Rhi wrote back confirming theu would advise delivery team to do as I requested. Instead my items were delivered while I was not home and stolen. I reported incident to Rhi. She said she would make sure I received a refund as this was not my fault. Instead didn't give refund and jerked me around for weeks gas lighting me via messages then finally not responding at all. Now I am forced to go through Fair Trading. This business is unethical, greedy and atrocious. I do not recommend purchasing from them at all. Shame on you Rhi.

They say they are a Wellington Company but this is not true. They are Chinese and pretending to be a known local Wellington brand. There are no physical stores. I normally check more carefully and don't buy off facebook but for some reason I did this time. The goods arrived and I was happy with 1 but not the other item - they were not great quality to be honest. I started communication about how to return as you had to get a form from them to return - the form was the only way to find out the address to return items to (at my own cost). I found they would not give me the form and just kept offering me more refunds each time I refused. First it was 10%, then 20% then 30% then 40% then 50% which I accepted. I did get the form in the end, and the address to return was in China and would have cost around NZ$45 to return one item. I paid through PayPal. My total order for both items was NZ$150 and they refunded 50% of the total being NZ $75 back into my PayPal account even though I had said I only wanted to return one item.

I ordered a zip-up long sleeved top that my partner had seen on an advert on Facebook and wanted for Christmas. I hadn’t heard of this company or read any of the reviews and with the product taking so long to arrive I took to the internet in search of information on the company. I was horrified to read the reviews here; I feared the worst. However, I was pleasantly surprised as the top arrived a few days later (directly from China) and was just as I had ordered, nice quality and the right size. At £50 the value for money is questionable but he loves it, it looks fabulous on him and he was delighted on Christmas morning.

The wrong sized T-shirt was sent to me; the quality was poor and the colour did not match that of the image on the Duke Carter website.
I requested a full refund, including return shipping and packaging. No refund received, despite receiving two emails to the contrary.
AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY!

Ordered 4 items, received only 1, it took weeks to arrive, arrived from China, very bad quality, nothing like the picture, I have written an email and waiting for the response to see if they will make a return/refund.
Do not order from this company

Delivered to wrong address at first time. The company did redeliver, but the item is not the same as in the photo, it's a cheap and inaccurate imitation.

Ordered a shirt as a present however the delivery company delivered it to the wrong address which is annoying. DukeCarter have been really helpful though investigating the case and trying to help.

AVOID

Cheap drop shipping company. Poor quality product. Ordered a L but received an XXL. Not authentic and just an attempt to make fast money.

Empresa de Canadá, supuestamente, te llega el pedido desde China, gastos de envío unos 10 € para una prenda de coste 24v€. Ropa de muy mala calidad, hortera,.... nada que ver con la foto.
. Hacer una devolución es inviable. Sale más caro enviarlo de lo que vale la prenda.

Ordered a medium sized denim shirt. The shirt took 3 weeks to arrive and it was an XL. Also the shirt looks like cheap quality and there doesn’t seem to be any obvious way to return this. Very poor service

Do not trust this company. He/they are con merchants. I ordered a shirt described as a "Tom Allen Signature Denim Shirt". After taking weeks to arrive, the shirt i got has come from China and it is cheap, unbranded and barely resembles the shirt i ordered. To return, i have to pay international shipping which is almost as expensive as the shirt itself. If i knew it was coming from China i would never have bothered. Ive only written this review to hopefully stop someone else making the same mistake. Disgusting company

Poor quality, took 2 weeks to come.
The material is so cheap, I spent £40 on 2 sets, both were very bad. Straight from a factory in China.
Attempting to return and get my money back but the emails are all bouncing back.
Do not use.

Well it happened, I eventually got duped by one of those Facebook ads that scam companies like this use. £40 straight down the drain. DO NOT USE THEY ARE A SCAM

Brought a tracksuit, literally nothing like the picture, super tacky wouldn't even be able to give this away for free. straight from a Chinese factory. No labels. Also took 2 weeks to arrive. 😂

This site appears to have a very good service level. When I placed my order I received a confirmation straight away and a tracking code about 24-hours late. The tracking code was incorrect I emailed their service team and they responded within 24-hours with updated tracking information. The package arrived about 16 days after I placed the order. Which was quicker than expected. All of the clothing was good quality and the right size. I used the size guide on their website when placing the order so it was a relief that the sizes where exactly right. Overall all I'm impressed with the experience, their responsiveness and the quality of the goods I received.
I'd certainly order from dukecarter apperal again.
