I’ve been purchasing items from Kwack for a few years now and I only have good things to say about them. The quality of their stock is excellent and their customer service is second to none.

Ordered some of their new range and really like it, athletic and it fit really well.
Initially put in my wrong address and Scott was very quick to rectify this for me. Excellent customer service. Great to see an Irish brand doing well & I'll definitely be back!

Shipping took forever to arrive and when the clothes arrived they smelled kinda funny. Not funny hahah but funny kinda shtink. Would probably not buy again.

I've purchased a variety of different items from Duck Hook/Kwack Golf. My experience has been nothing but positive. The quality and fit of the garments is great. In the description of the items there is usually a picture of one of the lads wearing the gear with details of their physical attributes which greatly heps me with size selection. The garmets themselves have a great athleisure feel, this coupled with the quality of the clothing puts Kwack top of my list for premium golf apparel. Their social media platform is also great, the team regular runs promotions and completions which add to the brand and experience. It's so positive to see a start up Irish brand taking huge strides into this segment of the golf market. Customer support is really responsive as well. Can't say enough positive things about this brand...

In a post covid world, customer service is so so important and these guys have nailed it! Bigger household brands could learn a thing or two about how to treat their customers.

Brilliant products and customer service. Purchased some items recently and the quality is exceptional! In terms of customer service, I also had an issue as one of the items I purchased was sent in the wrong size but after making contact, Scott reached out and arranged an exchange immediately and threw in some free items as a goodwill gesture.

As a reference, the products I can review include a gilet, two polos, socks and a belt and the quality is very similar to FootJoy and even as good I would say as premium brands such as Peter Millar and Holderness and Bourne but with an RRP that is ≥50% cheaper.

Delighted to see an Irish golf start up with such fantastic products, service and branding beginning to make a mark on the golf apparel scene. Will definitely be purchasing more in the future and this is testament to both the product quality and the genuine customer service.

The Duck Hook team provide great customer service. I've made a few orders and delivery is always very quick (Dublin). I love the quality of the gear, their polo shirts are great!
I had an order issue when they were out of stock of an item I purchased. I received a personal email the next day to apologise and they offered an alternative item which was perfect. They also went ahead and threw some extra items in for free, greatly appreciated, the little things make such a difference. So responsive and super helpful, will be making more orders in the future.

I reached out to the guys to see what they could do in relation to providing some duck hook gear for my company with our company logo attached.

The guys were super helpful and really responsive to my numerous questions. I got a selection of items for the team and they even threw in some socks for me to share with the team. The stuff is great quality and a very reasonable price when compared to other golf brands.

A really great bunch of lads to deal with and really down to earth. The personal touch was not lost on me. Delighted to be able to support local and looking forward to much more in the future.

When I heard about an Irish golf clothes company from a relative in Cork I had to give it a go! I have started with a golf cap to try it out. Great cap, great quality and great service. and some free golf tees as a bonus. Shop duck hook and support this Irish venture.

Bought a jumper and quarter zip and they’re both lovely, fit well and just over all great quality. The lads in the office were great at answering and queries I had and the order came really quickly. Will be back to buy more!

Got my first delivery from duck hook today and love the ladies polo and new cap! Look forward to when you expand to decent ladies shorts/trousers. Made my 2nd order tonight happy somebody doing more than “pink” tight fitting clothes for ladies 😀👍

OK - such a refreshing change to see how DH managed this...

I had a minor issue with one of the polo shirts I received - reported this same day and got a message from Scott on a Sunday, apologizing and saying a replacement would be sent. Two days later I received this, plus some more tees (quality) and a couple of other items for inconvenience.

Absolutely superb service - the kit is top draw and such a refreshing change from the usual suspects.

But its the attitude that will have me coming back - fair play.

Fast and seamless delivery. Product is very well made and exactly as described. Will definitely be buying more golf gear from here!
