Customer service sucks they don't reply to calls or emails nor will you get help after you purchase. They will only reply after 48 to 72 hours by email and you are out of luck if you are stuck. DONT BUY FROM THEM.

I have ordered the trial and full version for dtf from DTG PRO. This was the only website I could find that would let me use the trial first to make sure I could work with it before purchasing. Their customer service chat is handy, their agent David Smith was very helpful.

Thier shipping sucks: This is the 3rd or 4th time I order, when I pay the 2 day shipping you'd expect 2 days not 5 or 4 those 22 dollars they charge for fast shipping isn't worth it they'll send it with in a week either way disappointing.... I never get receipt confirmation or arrival time they can't even sent a email.. expected more time to find a different distributor

We bought our printer in December and received it in January. When we opened packaging all the cleaning fluids had spilled throughout. We contacted the company and they said they would send a replacement out. Cool!
We had our training session, which was fantastic, until, we filled the colors into their appropriate containers and sucked yhe colors through the tube. Ink was every where. There were cracks in 2 of the y connectors. Apparently this was an issue they thought they had corrected. Had yo end our training session. Next day got replacement rubes. Following we received a five minute fast session on finishing training. During this short time we were asked to do a test color run. Our black Ink came our brown. Our Trainor told us to play around with it and send him pictures. To this day out black ink is still brown and customer service has been less than helpful. We were told this was a common problem for our batch of printers, all we needed to do was install a new print head, nope not working.

Less than impressed

Theo did a great job at explaining step by step how to use the new printer as well as how to troubleshoot future issues if they occur. I was very impressed with his level of patience and professionalism throughout the process

I have been purchasing DTF products from this company for over a year now and have always been able to reach someone with any questions or concerns. Steve assisted me with my last issue related to a missing item in my shipment and he was extremely helpful. I know that this company will always address concerns fairly and honestly. This is the only company I purchase from and know that they will address any and all concerns. I have tried ordering items from other companies and always end up coming back here because of the quality and reliability of their products. It is difficult to find a trustworthy company but this is definitely one of the best. Thank you!
