I'm upset that I spent alot of money for a software. To be told here's a trial we will send license in 1 to 2 buisness days. What they fail to mention is if you've already done a trial of cadlink once downloaded it will say your trial has expired. So purchases Friday and was a sitting duck until Tuesday.

I’m not sure where all the “great customer service” has been the last week but we certainly haven’t received it. I have had an open ticket since last Thursday and have yet to have someone call me. All I get is one email in a 24 hour. That is completely unhelpful. I have to call just to get an email response. I have been working with Theo and Adam via email. I have asked each one of them to call me and they will not. I do not recommend purchasing from this company because once you spend thousands of dollars with them, they are no help.

Steve helped me order my printer was kind polite and quick with everything I am beyond grateful to him! He made everything go so smooth and made sure that he left me with all the info I need also gave me his email to reach out personally to him with questions. Loved the customer service!

What a great experience from start to finish! I purchased the DTF PRO Epson L1800 LITE Printer with the ink, software, and master class package. Prior to delivery, I received emails confirming my purchase as well as step by step instructions for software downloads. Once received I watched all of the master class videos and followed each step to completely set up and install my printer. It was so easy to follow and left me feeling confident for my first ever print! The videos cover every part you need. I would highly recommend purchasing the package with this class and ink. I completed my first print today and it was awesome. Thank you so much!

I spoke with Davis Smith on July 21 because I had just received my printer, but there was no software in the packet. David was very helpful and patient with me in getting the software to me via email. He also let me know that if I needed any assistance to reach out to him. Customer service was awesome. David did everything that he could to help me in getting the software that I needed.

I have purchased two machines from DTGPro. The only reason it is two is because the first one was working so good, I ordered a second to help with my orders. I bought them within two months of each other, and they had already changed how the ink was handled. As soon as the second machine was set up and working the first one starting having print head issues, after only a month and half of use. It quit printing the white ink. Ordered as new print head as Theo said that was the issue. It worked for a day and then started having the same issues. Went back and forth with them by email only, and ultimately purchased 4 print heads in the span of two months. Only to have the issue continue. I’ve now totally replaced the lines on one of the printers, with it still not printing white ink. Only to be told once again to do this, and buy this replacement part, etc. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I’m $12,000 in on two machines and print heads only to not have them print white, which is the whole reason to purchase the machines! Very poor customer service!
