Patrick was professional, precise and very helpful in giving me support on an order for some DTF film that I needed quickly. Patrick arranged for overnight delivery and when there was a delay in the UPS delivery due to the UPS plane having a delay. Patrick submitted a request for a possible refund for me since there was no next day delivery.

Aggravating that someone spends this kind of money & you can't even use it due to them having to schedule a video call to watch you put the ink in & they can't get you in their busy schedule for over a month! I am sick to my stomach that I ordered this from this company & spent so much money for this that I ordered at the end of Jan and they can't even get me in until March 21st!!! Simply uncalled for and ridiculous. I thought at one point one guy was going to help me himself so I didn't schedule the time & then he comes back saying did you schedule your time? lol no I was under the impression you may actually get me in sooner so I was not waiting over a month to use my new printer.

I purchase the DTF Model J and have had a lot of issues. When reaching out to them they were to busy to assist me due to onboarding other clients. Be prepared to spend money with a DTF printer. I'm on my 3rd print head and second mother board since Sept 2022. I was told when I needed the mother board that this machine was only good for about 30 shirts a day and the print head and mother board was good for approximately 6 months. The manual that comes with this printer doesn't have any trouble shooting information. Be ready to research what is wrong and how to fix it. I was told that they would no longer help me since I was out of warranty. Several items broke right away as in the cleaning wiper and they showed me how to just use a screw driver to move it. I then had a pin hole in a tube and thier fix was rubber cement and tape. This machine is not worth the $5K+. Send your money elsewhere.
