Service wise Mark was very responsive and accomodated my requests regarding collection rather than delivery.
They also helped secure the the box into my truck.

Regarding the box itself, it fits very well in my car, seems sturdy enough for my 2 doggos.
I like that there are 2 drainage holes so you can hose the crate down after the inevitable mud-fests.

I ordered a crate for my new Toyota Corolla estate and it fitted perfectly. Both my dogs quickly got used to travelling in their separate cages and are happy to be left in for shopping trips. One dog is a 1 year old Vizsla and the other a 10 year old cross vizsla/lab. They have ample room. The crate is well constructed, but I would advise purchasing the door guards as I can easily see how your rear lights could be damaged with the cage door.The guards are hard plastic but I would advise still to be very careful, It would be better if the leading edges were rubber. An excellent product and I would highly recommend.

I sourced a box that would fit both my gator and my pickup and was not dissapointed. Delivery date was earlier than stated when ordered, and it was packaged so carefully on the pallet. Delivery driver was equally helpful.

Looking for crash tested secure dog crate for our Labrador. Came across DT boxes and rang and spoke to very helpful member of staff who then took my order over the phone. Arrived in less time than advised and dog very happy in it.

I am very pleased with my box which fits perfectly in my car. It’s of solid construction but light enough to be lifted easily into the car. I also ordered the rubber bumper guard which is excellent and the fans which I haven’t yet tried. When I ordered, the website said delivery would be about 3 weeks which was a lot longer than I had expected, but the box then arrived within about ten days. The reason for four stars instead of five is the lack of communication between ordering and the box arriving.

Boxes are amazing, yes it is expensive, but the quality is top. I ordered first one VM1 with double door for the back of my high roof transit and one VM1 for the side. I currently have 4 standard poodles, one Afghan Hound and one toy poodle. But I'm sure family will grow so better have some extra free cages which can be used as a safe storage at the moment. Mark was great as well taking my payment over the phone so I could use my bonuses card to pay part of it. Definitely recommend.
