Great fan, lot of power
Fast delivery, good price. Arrived during a heatwave, so wasn’t taking dogs in car but it was a godsend during evening in the garden as had it on patio table pointing to me and dogs, really kept us cool. Think I’ll take out of car during next heatwave to do same again.

Fantastic safety for the dogs, it’s just unfortunate it’s very small if you order tor a bmw 3 series touring and my dogs don’t fit in which is such a shame.

Highly recommended!
Delivered on time and the box fits perfectly in my VW Golf 2019 even with a boot liner in. My Working Cocker Spaniel loves it and there is plenty of room for her in it. I cannot tell you the peace of mind I have now, knowing she is safely secured in a crash tested, lockable and quality dog crate. Highly recommended!

It is good
It is good, but the base is joined with what I think is black silicone, and it is not strong enough. Because of the dog’s weight and movement, it breaks . Also, if the dog urinates in the box, the urine leaks out. They should add extra protection and make the base stronger to avoid these issues.

This is not something we would normally expect to happen, as the base is designed to support the weight and movement of dogs during normal use. To help us better understand what may have caused the problem, could you let us know whether the crate was placed on a completely flat, solid surface? If the crate is positioned on an uneven surface, the dog's weight may not be distributed evenly across the base, which can place additional stress on certain areas.
We're also concerned to hear about the urine leakage, as our crates are sealed to help prevent this issue. Any additional details or photos would be greatly appreciated so we can investigate further and determine what may have happened.

This is the second dog crate we’ve…
This is the second dog crate we’ve bought from DT boxes. It was only bought because we changed car. Great quality and service. Delivery as expected, although was just left on our doorstep without any notice from the delivery company, and delivery driver did not come to the door. Fortunately we were in. That being said would still use DT boxes and recommend them to others.

Wanted one of these boxes for such a long time and I’m so very please it fits our Rifter brilliantly and my collies love it .
I wouldn’t not hesitate to recommend this company if you are in need of a good dog box and care about the safety of your dogs they are not cheap but the quality of the box is very good and worth every penny knowing it will last for years.thank you DTboxes.

Great personal service from the start.
The first consignment arrive damaged, this had happened during shipping, and did not leave the workshop in this condition, sadly these things do happen from time to time.
I called Mark at DT boxes, and he was so helpful and apologetic, asked me what I'd like to do, cancel for a full refund or have a replacement...he also offered compensation for the inconvenience.
A week later, my replacement boxes arrived, and I couldn't be happier! They were easy to install and the dogs are really happy travelling in them. In fact, one of my dogs is keen to sit in hers all day!
It's a Fantastic product with an equally good customer service.
Much appreciation to the team.

Box is perfect fits the car and the dogs like a glove. We have no issues with the box it’s just what we wanted.
