The site itself is fine - It's the researchers who are confused
The site itself is fine - I've been using the site since 2020 as a scout - The employees are prompt and polite.
It's companies not knowing how the missions and sites work that is the issue.
They accidentally send invitations before going "That was an accident." I recently joined a mission that ended suddenly after doing one of the steps.
I do agree that the Express missions are rather hit or miss when it comes to being paid, though there are steps taken to remedy this; You won't get paid immediately, but at least you will be paid.
If this is happening across multiple researchers, something is unclear or confusing in the documentation.
We are now having mission payouts happen days later. The company protects themselves by asking us to wait "7-10 Business days", but in the past, it would take maybe a day at most.
Any delay will be seen as a service issue, no matter what you write in.

Costly & Poor Performance Software
I tried to use this software for my Ph.D. at college, but my panelists (from this company's poor panel) all had technical issues. My project kept freezing as I did filters on the back end. I would avoid this software!

I took part in a mission but couldnt complete
I took part in a mission but couldnt complete it because they never got my videos. After trying multiple times to share my videos and it freezing and after I was run in circles I gave up. It was frustrating and no one seemed to be able to help me. Avoid - way too many problems. I have heard from friends they also ran into problems.

You do a project and then they do not pay you!
This is the lies they give! They say my entry wasn’t good enough, but they can’t see it? How does that make sense? What crooks!!!
Every entry to an Express mission is assessed for quality standards. If your entry is deemed to be low quality, you will not be paid and will be alerted in app of your quality rating. Your submission will also be hidden from the research team so they aren't able to access or use your data.
Due to automated nature of this process as well as the high volumes of submissions we receive for Express Missions, we’re unable to give personalized feedback to scouts.
