Courier then sent email saying delivered with photo on the photo you could see the right address clear as day. Still waiting for my parcel now. Phoned the dry verge company they told me they would get back to me in an hour still waiting now that was Thursday it’s now Monday. Package was needing for Wednesday

Dear Adam,
Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear about the delivery issues you’ve encountered.
To clarify, you contacted us on Thursday morning, just before the Easter bank holiday weekend, during which our offices were closed on both Friday and Monday. Unfortunately, with such limited notice ahead of the long weekend, our ability to intervene was restricted.
Based on the courier’s tracking information, the parcel was scheduled for redelivery on Saturday. We’re sorry to hear that it did not arrive as expected.
We will be following up with the courier first thing Tuesday morning to resolve this as a priority and will keep you updated.
