(If I could leave ZERO stars, I would.)

This has been one of the worst contractor experiences we have ever had.

After roof damage from a windstorm, Drytech was referred to us — and agreeing to use them was a major mistake.

Here are the facts:

• The carpet they installed is already coming up.
• The downstairs flooring they replaced is also lifting.
• Several pieces of our furniture were damaged while their crew moved items in and out of our home.
• Paint is splattered on surfaces throughout the house — except on areas that were actually supposed to be painted.
• The drywall repairs from water damage were done so poorly that we can visibly see the backing material behind the walls and exposed nail marks.
• There is a large black hardened stain on our white carpet from their work.

Now let’s talk about the roof repair:

They were contracted to replace shingles. We later had an independent inspector come out, and he informed us that the shingles were improperly installed — several were placed without nails and are now sliding down. Because of this negligent repair, we now have to pay out of pocket to properly repair an additional 100 square feet of roofing.

On top of all this, this company is attempting to sue us for $3,500 for a dumpster that was never at our home. They are claiming a work van was the “dumpster.” I previously worked in property management — I know the difference between a commercial dumpster and a vehicle.

There was no on-site supervision of their workers, and the lack of oversight clearly shows in the quality of work.

We trusted this company during a vulnerable time after storm damage. The results have caused additional financial strain and stress.

I would strongly caution anyone considering using this company.

I had a shower leak that caused water damage to my ceiling.Lorenzo and his buddy did a great job. Both guys were fast efficient and clean .they gutted my whole shower and part of the ceiling.ill be seeing them back in 3 days after everything dries up.

Peace and Goodness! I recently had a terrible plumbing emergency and had to use the emergency water valve to stop the flooding. Thankfully Carmelo came quickly and handled everything with incredible professionalism and care. He conducted a meticulous inspection, and thoroughly examined everything carefully. His attention to detail, and commitment to doing the job right made all the difference.

Also, it was very important how his expertise and calm presence, helped give me and my daughter both a sense of peace to a chaotic moment. He helped make sure sure to explain the situation to us, and the solutions to solve the problem.
He has amazing experience and is reliable.

I sincerely hope that Carmelo’s supervisors read this and understand how truly grateful I am, not only for Carmelo’s leadership, and expertise, but for the dedication and excellence of the entire crew. They are all exceptional and highly professional. Every worker was extremely hardworking, focused, skilled, and respectful. They all take great pride in their work, and I hope they get the recognition they deserve, because they did an amazing job, while also making sure to handle everything, and my home, with great care.

Ben and his team have been incredibly helpful since our house has now flooded twice in a 3-month period. As first time homeowners, we have obviously been very stressed and uncertain about our next steps, but they have helped guide us the entire way. They are incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, and were here within an hour. I can’t imagine working with another company. If you are in the Indy area and your house happens to flood, I HIGHLY recommend Ben and his company.

They came right away to extract water out of my basement flood ,they were very good and I would hire them again if needed

The purpose of this review is to write as strong of a positive review as possible for the service and support provided by Dry Tech Restoration and the support team led by Chris Matos.

We had a feeder pipe burst in our master bathroom resulting in a flood of water in our master bedroom, master closet, and master bathroom. The Dry Tech team immediately responded and prevented what could have been worse damage. They moved furniture and other items to non-affected areas and rapidly installed large fan air dryers so that damage to our walls were minimized.

Chris and his team helped us document information for our insurance claim and helped identify damages that we would not have recognized without their help. They visited us daily to check on the progress of the drying and make certain that there were no issues over time. They met with us when our agent adjuster visited to assist us in getting our case documented.

If you ever need this type of restoration service, I highly recommend Dry Tech.
