We recently ordered 30 umbrellas from Drysdale for EFF, and we couldn’t be happier with the service and product. The umbrellas were produced and delivered on time, and the quality is excellent.

We did run into an issue with ParcelForce, who were difficult to get answers from. However, as soon as Mark from Drysdale was aware of the situation, he went above and beyond to track down our delivery. Within 12 hours of my call, everything was fully resolved.

Drysdale’s responsiveness, dedication, and customer service turned a tricky situation into a seamless experience. Highly recommended!

I enquired about a customised umbrella. The website provided a WhatsApp number which I used to clarify my requirements. The response I got was great. Clear instructions, when I could expect my order etc. once ordered my parcel actually arrive two days early! Good quality product and would recommend.
