Dryease/ Raveno is a SCAM
This company is a SCAM. They are thieves! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. They are now calling themselves Raveno. I ordered the Dryease dehumidifier on Oct. 7th 2024. The unit never arrived. They didn't answer 2 emails, then claimed the package had been 'rejected' and returned to their warehouse because it had been wrongly addressed, and that they had refunded 98 pounds and that the rest would be retained because of "rejection". First of all, if the package was wrongly addressed, the mistake was on their end, not mine. I triple checked the address when I ordered. Second, I had not rejected the item because it never arrived. They have not refunded a penny of the 138 pounds. They just stall you, sending the same non-answer over and over till you go away. I have reported them to the fraud division of my bank.
Do not use this company
Do not use this company. I changed my mind about
dehumidifier within minutes of ordering, as unfortunately saw reviews too late. Tried to cancel straight away, told not possible. I said did not want product, sales director Claire said to refuse package on doorstep which I did. They then deducted £38 . This
was not mentioned beforehand. DO NOT USE .

Bought this following Which recommendation.
BIG MISTAKE trying to get replacement for damaged part …impossible
After loads of emails …..”we are happy to serve you” response still no nearer still going round in never ending circles ..no human to communicate with. Steer well clear even the rebrand
Never again
No option for zero stars
First off cannot give zero stars shame on you Trustpilot.
This company formerly Dryease now Raveno (tomorrow who knows?) are not based in the UK and are not selling Dehumidifiers. What they are selling is garbage and waffle from China. Do not buy anything from either of these alleged traders, fake electrical units that are not what they claim to be and you certainly would not want to plug in for any length of time unattended.
Like a lot on here I was duped by the Luke Edwards review which is also fake. They even have the audacity to offer a warranty which is also as fake as their claim that they are UK based. Avoid at all costs and buy elsewhere from a company with a reputable legitimate history so you at least will not be out of pocket if not happy. Bank and Trustpilot have been made aware of this scam.
I’ve been conned.
Like many others, I made the mistake of buying one of these “dehumidifiers” for £138. It’s worse than useless. It’s significantly smaller than the advertising makes it out to be. It removes very little water from a room despite being on all day and night. I thought at first it was just a fan, but after 18 hrs a few drops of water appeared in the bottom of the container. I wish I’d read the bad reviews first. There were some glowing reports, which must be fake.
They’re marketing the same piece of cr@p under a different name now.
These scammers should be stopped. The outlay represents 25% of my monthly pension. I’m very annoyed and disgruntled and yes, I know, I’ve only got myself to blame. 😢🐜
Beware
Beware! Returns are impossible!! They give you an email address for customer services but when you write they tell you you have to send the item back to China even though the dispatch address is in Dunstable. I said I'd send the unit back to Dunstable (and pay delivery) and they said if I did the package would be scrapped and I'd get nothing. I asked for an address in China but nothing has appeared. The return and refund policy is a total joke.
As a company they do not honour there…return policy
As a company they do not honour there return option .I'm 78yrs old and have no drying facilities so I bought Dryease dehumidifier but unfortunately it did not dry my clothes
I contacted the company and they said leav it on for 3 days. They would not give me return details. And now they won't return my messages
Useless dehumidifier
Like many other, bought this and regretted it. Collects virtually zero water after being on for hours and don't even try and dry laundry with it as you will be wasting your time
Very cleverly advertised
Very cleverly advertised, I brought 2 of these units, I should have read the small print unit dimensions etc. basically worthless 80w power consumption pretty much sums up the under powered device, definitely avoid this product although I do have a brand new unboxed one if there are any takers 😜 lesson learned too late! Read the full spec
Rubbish
Total rip off, I was stupid enough to order a dehumidifier after seeing advert how brilliant this machine is.. very small, hardly any water comes out, waste of money don't buy! Should have paid an extra £20 and bought another Meaco, don't waste your money!
SCAM SCAM SCAM
SCAM SCAM SCAM
Customer service is non existent, ordered a H10 dehumidifier. it aint fit for purpose, i have asked now on 4 separate occasions on how to arrange a return. i keep getting fobbed off. AVOID this company at all costs the Luke Edwards review is also false which makes this even more of a scam.
Appears to be a scam - avoid
I bought an H10 humidifier from "DryEase" having read a review of it on the "top3-reviews.org" review site (which I now understand is a scam site). The review and Dry Ease's website make it sound like it's a UK based company; however, it isn't. After placing my order I found out shipment was from China and "Claire", despite her name, was clearly not from the UK either judging by the poor English used in her emails. This made me very wary, so I was very relieved when the dehumidifier turned up yesterday (8th November); however, my relief didn't last long. The unit was much smaller than indicated on the pictures on the website, and the fact the box it came in is unbranded is an obvious warning sign. I have plugged the unit in, and to be fair, it is quiet; however, it's been on for nearly 24 hours and has collected only about 200ml of water, despite being in a room with 85% humidity!! To make matters worse, within the last day or two the review on the top3-review site has changed from DryEase to Raveno, using the exact same report. So, the whole thing is clearly a scam. I have written to them to see if I can get my money back and will be contacting my bank on Monday!
I have now downgraded this to 1 star as they've so far failed to refund my money. I think the positive reviews of the dehumidifier are very suspicious too, and think it's all part of the scam.
Absolutely useless product.
Absolutely useless product.
It's so small it would only be good for a cupboard.
Misleading information on the website and the company has recently changed their name.
Not a UK company although they imply it is.
I'm hoping for a refund but reading the reviews I doubt it will happen.
Complete waste of £138
Avoid this like a plague!!
I bought their "dehumidifier" from them and I want them to have it back
I bought their dehumidifier from them a while ago. It took a few weeks but did arrive. As soon as I opened it I thought it looked a bit small for what they claimed it would do. I powered it up I found it to be very noisy. They state 20db in their advertising I measured 49db to 50db at 2metres. I set the water collection going leaving it for the rest of the day as I didn't want to leave a new appliance on overnight immediately. I ran it for the following day so about 20 hours total. For that I got circa 1cm of water. I contacted the company who told me that it was a "semiconductor dehumidifier" and needed to run for 24 hours. having never heard of this I gave it a chance. So 27 hours later we now have a total of about 2.5 cm of water for 47hours. I complained and they said the unit should provide 1 litre of water a day. This provided about a pint in nearly two days. Still nothing on the noise complaint.
So I've been back 4 times and they say they'll take the unit back but at my cost. or they'll give me 5% compensation to keep the unit. By this time I'd reminded them about the sale of goods act. I've given them 7 days to take this faulty unit back at their expense or to take legal proceedings. I must admit I'm wary about sending it back and getting my money back so I'm ready for a duel with my credit card company.
Do your research!
Do your research!
This product is useless, complete scam and Chinese rubbish!
No customer service.
Waste of money, what else can I say!
Scam, Avoid
Scam, Scam, Avoid, Avoid.
And it all started so well.
The unit was ordered based on the reviews from Top3-Reviews.
The Dryease website said there were 7 in stock, delivery was on time using Royal Mail 48Hr Tracking, from an address in Dunstable.
Then the problems started, performance was rubbish, taking around 4 days to produce ½ ltr of water
My lounge is around 1/8 the size quoted in the adverts and it was impossible to get the humidity down below 55% (Advert quoted 45%). Noise levels 45Dba from my noise meter (Advert quoted 39Dba). The coloured lights did not work at all.
Several emails later with 'Claire', who I think must be a computor? I am left with a device which is not fit for purpose.
A giveaway in the emails is the time stamp, ie +8hrs, which just happens to be China???
I have reported the problem to Action Fraud and also raised a Disputed Goods & Services Declaration with my Credit Card provider. Fortunately they have refunded my money straight away.
I have attempted to return the unit, but despite several emails, I don't have a return address that I feel I can trust, so at the moment it is packed up, waiting in my garage for some response from Dryease.
I just wish I had looked at Trustpilot, before embarking on this charade.
Scam
Wish I had looked here and did some better searching before buying. Company keeps changing names bur essentially same scam of shipping a cheap not fit for purpose product from China and no refund. Reported to bank fraud and declined order. Would avoid.
AVOID!! Customer service is non existent!
Customer service is non existent, ordered a H10 dehumidifier. it aint fit for purpose, i have asked now on 4 separate occasions on how to arrange a return. i keep getting fobbed off. i have now raised a charge back on my credit card. AVOID this company at all costs the Luke Edwards review is also false which makes this even more of a scam.
I just cancel my order as it doesnt…
I just cancel my order as it doesnt look trustworthy. When cancelling it did show its still in China. Its second day and nobody answer my email. Now they update tracking and it shows its in UK. I've send third email now and waiting (i did write I would like to cancel my order and made it clear dont want it to be delivered)Will update soon.
Scam Chinese company DONT ORDER
This is a scam Chinese company not Uk as website could suggest.
30 day refund is completely pointless you cannot return if opened!
What are you going to do buy something and not try it ?
Also you would have to cover the cost of posting back to China if you didn’t open it!
This kind of practice should be banned by our country.
Will be reporting to trading standards and any other avenue I can to stop this happening to others.
Positive reviews will most likely be fake to try and counter act the negative.
You have been warned!
Products performance is awful.
Bought one from screwfix for £20 more and it pulled out the same amount of water in one day that dryease did in a week!
Cannot contact them through customer service emails bounce back , have to use contact form on website and only given pointless advice rather then a solution.
