My shipment went missing and the team ensured I had a replacement sent without any trouble at all. They were very friendly and kept me informed. Will definitely use this company again.

Purchased a record that never shipped. Tried to get a refund and they were saying my bank had a chargeback. 3 Months go by - no refund from my bank or the store. No record. Terrible business. Also, I would have never bought from them if I saw how much they push identity politics/alphabet mafia — focus more on providing the items you claim you have for customers

Totally fraudulent business, in fact, I just had to report them to the Better Business Bureau. I placed an order a month ago, it never shipped, they refused to provide any kind of update and have refused to refund my money for an order they never shipped.

I ordered an SACD from the store and the sales photo
shows the Fleetwood Mac Rumors album but the songs and the cd shipped to me are Fleetwood Mac Fleetwood Mac. Totally deceptive sales practice or the sales person is both corrupt and stupid. I would not buy any cd's from this LGB whatever bullshit store.

Awful experience. They sent me a record that skipped. Asked me to send videos, verify that I tried cleaning the record, asked me about my record player model. They sent feedback (of course) that it was my record player and suggested cleaning with some sort of tool. I refused as I did not want to be responsible for any additional damages and explained again that this was the only record having issues. The return was approved and the record was sent back. I received a gift card after they received the record back. The gift card didn't include taxes and fees. While I understand the refund policy, when the company sends damaged product they should do the right thing. So, unfortunately I have to spend more money to get the same record or lose all of my money.

I ordered the new Exodus cd 2 months ago. Their customer service doesn't answer and I've yet to receive it.

Extremely frustrating experience with Drowned World Records.

I placed an order in late August 2025 and have dealt with months of delays, vague responses, and shifting explanations ever since. What was initially presented as a delay later turned into a “pre-order” with a release date pushed all the way to February — something that was not clearly disclosed at the time of purchase through the Shop app.

Communication has been consistently poor. Most responses were generic and repetitive, offering no real updates or accountability. When I raised concerns about the length of the delay and asked about possible compensation, those messages were simply ignored.

After months of waiting, only part of the order was shipped, with no clear update on the remaining item. At this point, it feels disorganized and unprofessional.

Delays can happen, but the lack of transparency, inconsistent information, and failure to properly address customer concerns made this a really disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them based on how this was handled.

This website is a scam, when you make a purchase, they charge you and will never send you anything. I had to deal with my credit card CS for a charge back.
