Learn to love the real you
I can’t begin to describe how incredibly grateful I am for Dr Nina. The work I did with her was hard, but it helped me learn that food has never been the problem. This process can be scary and Dr Nina is the best guide in helping to uncover why I turned to food. She also helped me realize that it’s okay and human to have feelings and how to express them without eating. I’ve always tried to blend into the background and go unnoticed, but Dr Nina has helped me to embrace and love my inner flamingo and stand out in a flock of pigeons. Working with Dr Nina has been the best investment I could have ever given myself, both time and money wise.
