Thank you for your review; I appreciate your comments. It might take some time to gather information from colleagues, but we made it and satisfied the GMC guidelines for your report. While we are occasionally limited by how long it takes colleagues to respond, I am always prepared to approach each nominee three times. DrMSF can also offer colleague feedback via paper questionnaires, or a combination of paper and internet surveys. This is useful in other situations also, e.g. when doctors have just recently started working somewhere and coworkers have only known them for a short period of time.

Very efficient and responsive. Dr MSF does collate submitted data and provides the analysed results in good time. Also, the results are clear and easy to follow.

Competitively priced....excellent service
1- ordering is very simple and went on without a hitch
2- promptly received questionnaires and instructions to get them complete
3- was able to get individual support with very prompt response from Jonathan
4- final report is concise, well presented and easy to understand
Overall I am completely satisfied with DrMSF and will be definitely be using their services in future.

Thank you for your feedback, it is appreciated. The processes have been in place, and improved upon where possible, over the last 10 years. Our turnaround time runs at around 2 weeks on average, with fast track options often available where a deadline is imminent. Customer care is important and I can usually accomodate, or advise on, any customer requirements around 360 feedback.
