Ich wurde im Mai 2024 von Dr. Kerim Ünal operiert. Vorab ist es wichtig zu verstehen, dass Operationen in der Türkei meist nicht in einem privaten Krankenhaus des Arztes stattfinden, sondern in einem städtischen Krankenhaus, in dem verschiedene Ärzte tätig sind. Die Qualität des Pflegepersonals hängt daher nicht direkt mit dem behandelnden Arzt zusammen.

Mein Krankenzimmer war modern und großzügig. Das Pflegepersonal war unterschiedlich – einige sehr freundlich, andere weniger hilfsbereit oder sprachen kaum Englisch. Das ist zwar leider häufig so in türkischen Krankenhäusern, sollte sich aber dennoch verbessern. Inwiefern Dr. Ünal hier Einfluss nehmen kann, lässt sich schwer beurteilen.

Am Tag der Operation hatte ich ein Gespräch mit Dr. Ünal, das etwa 15 bis 20 Minuten dauerte. Wir sind den Eingriff detailliert durchgegangen. Auch seine Frau, die Teil seines Teams ist, habe ich als sympathisch und engagiert erlebt.

Geplant war bei mir ein Tummy Tuck in Kombination mit einer Liposuktion am Bauch, an den Armen und am Rücken. Leider wurde die Liposuktion am Bauch nicht durchgeführt, obwohl dies so vereinbart und auch abgerechnet worden war. Das war für mich enttäuschend – besonders, da es sich um eine kostenintensive Leistung handelte. Die Liposuktionen an Armen und Rücken wurden hingegen ordnungsgemäß durchgeführt.

Trotz dieser Einschränkung bin ich insgesamt mit dem Ergebnis sehr zufrieden: Die Narbenheilung verlief sehr gut, und das ästhetische Ergebnis entspricht meinen Erwartungen. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich die Nachsorge im Hotel: Alle zwei Tage wurde ich von Assistentinnen des Arztes besucht, die Verbände wechselten, Kompressionskleidung anpassten und auf Wunsch (gegen Aufpreis) auch Lymphdrainagen durchführten. Dieses Maß an Betreuung findet man so in Deutschland selten.

Insgesamt bewerte ich meine Erfahrung mit Dr. Kerim Ünal als größtenteils positiv. Abzüge gibt es für die nicht durchgeführte Liposuktion am Bauch und die verbesserungswürdige Kommunikation rund um diesen Punkt. Wer in der Türkei eine Schönheits-OP in Erwägung zieht, sollte sich über das Kliniksystem im Vorfeld gut informieren – dann lassen sich viele Missverständnisse vermeiden.

I can’t fault the clinic and Dr Karim Unal and all his staff also the nurse appointed to watch over me when I had my surgery Nurse Nur from start to finish some of the most friendliest informative doctors and nurses I have ever seen. I arrived at the hospital on the 9th June and had my surgery on 10th June and am the happiest I have been in a long time and can feel the old confident me coming back already and I love it I will 100 percent recommend them to people and will be going back to him myself again very soon thank you again Dr Karim Unal and Blanc Surgery Aesthetic you gave me life again

The whole experience from getting picked up from the airport n driver was very polite n always on time n my nurse was amazing n so helpful n my doctor was amazing to for giving me the boobs I've always wanted n they were all very kind n communication was excellent between me nurse n doctors the only thing I didn't like was the food

Had such a good experience from start to finish with Dr Kerim he is amazing at what he does feel so lucky to have found him and excited for my final result post op

Dr kerim is absolutely outstanding. He takes such pride in his work, makes the patient feel at so much ease and really listens to what you would like to achieve whilst still advising what’s best for your physique in such a outstanding detail. The experience from start to finish was amazing. The assistants and nurses were always on hand to help via message and the aftercare at the hospital was brilliant. DR Kerim Unal did an amazing job on my implant surgery and the recovery has also been great with no issues. Highly recommended using Blanc Surgery! :)

I am just over 2 weeks post surgery.. and I’m soo happy with my results soo far. I had 360 lipo, an extended tummy tuck and a bbl. Dr Kerim and he’s team always make me feel safe and reassure me on any concerns I may have. This is my second time going to Dr Kerim, I went to him the first time last October for breast implants, I was soo happy with my results.. I would only ever use Dr Kerim for any surgeries I may have in the future. Nurse Nur is amazing.she always looks after me so well, any issues I have she always makes me feel safe and reassures me.

I am 8 weeks post opp I had a breast uplift and implants with Dr Kerim and I am absolutely thrilled with my results. He was really attentive to what I wanted and I have very natural results which is what I wanted, they suit my frame and he knew what he was talking about when he said what he thought I needed with my consultation and I’m very happy I listened to him. Awful experience.
It’s been 6 months since the surgery. I don’t think he is a doctor…the results are asymmetrical, bumpy and uneven . Seems a 5years old work.
I have to redo everything.
The nurses have a serious lack of empathy ( one of them laughed so hard when I was screaming in pain when I wake up from anesthesia-the blonde, short hair, mean face… the head of the nurses I think. Nurse Nur was attentive&helpfull only if you paid her,; also she does not know how to make a medication.
The only extremely professional &empathetic was nurse Efna 💞but unfortunately I had her only on the night shift.
I would absolutely NOT RECOMMEND this “doctor”. Unfortunately I was catfished by the unrealistic foto on his ig page but the reality is another one.

I had high hopes when I chose Dr. Kerim Ünal for my surgery, which included 360 liposuction, a breast reduction and lift with implants, buccal fat removal, and double chin lipo. Sadly, this experience has been one of the biggest regrets of my life — not just because of the poor results, but because of the way I was treated before and after surgery.

My breast lift outcome has been the most emotionally distressing. My nipples are placed far too high, nearly up to my neckline, making it impossible to wear anything comfortably without them being visible. On top of that, the scarring is very bad and clearly noticeable, far from the clean or subtle result I was told to expect. The 360 lipo also turned out bumpy and uneven — another major disappointment I now have to live with.

The clinic’s behavior throughout was very transactional and lacked any real compassion. From the start, they were pushy about getting me to leave a 5-star review. I genuinely wanted to leave a great review — if only the results had turned out well. Instead, they rushed the experience and focused more on appearances than genuine patient care.

During my stay, there was a night nurse (I believe named Adat) who clearly didn’t want to be there. When I was crying in pain and emotional distress, she showed absolutely no empathy or concern. It was a heartbreaking moment to feel that alone and unsupported.

I even privately paid my nurse, Nur, to come in the evening to provide a lymphatic massage, which at the time I appreciated. Sadly, like everyone else at the clinic, she also began ignoring my messages afterward.

When I reached out to the clinic with my concerns and requests for corrective surgery, they completely ignored me. I tried from two different numbers and my social media — no response. They only responded when I messaged from unknown numbers, until they realized it was me, and then they stopped replying again. This kind of selective avoidance is unacceptable and incredibly disheartening.

I’m writing this not out of anger, but from a place of hurt and disappointment. I would never recommend this clinic or Dr. Kerim Ünal to anyone. You deserve a medical team that not only delivers safe, high-quality results, but also treats you with empathy and respect — during and after your surgery. Sadly, I experienced none of that.

Anfang April habe ich eine BBL-Behandlung sowie eine Brustvergrößerung durchführen lassen. Leider kann ich das Team um Dr. Ünal nur eingeschränkt empfehlen.

Die Kommunikation vor Ort war äußerst unstrukturiert und unprofessionell. Nach meiner Ankunft im Krankenhaus – einen Tag vor der Operation – wurde ich in einen Abstellraum geführt, in dem hastig Fotos gemacht und die Verträge zur Unterschrift vorgelegt wurden. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt sah ich keinen Arzt und erhielt keinerlei Informationen zum weiteren Ablauf.

Am nächsten Morgen um 9 Uhr fand ein kurzes Beratungsgespräch mit dem Arzt statt, das nicht länger als 10 Minuten dauerte. Direkt im Anschluss wurde ich operiert – ein vertrauensvoller und transparenter Umgang sieht für mich anders aus.

Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt ist die Nichterfüllung der vertraglich vereinbarten Leistungen: Eine geplante Fettabsaugung an den Beinen wurde nicht durchgeführt, stattdessen lediglich eine Straffung – trotzdem erfolgte die vollständige Berechnung.

Während meines Aufenthalts habe ich den Arzt lediglich zweimal gesehen. Die Krankenschwester hingegen war sehr bemüht und engagiert, was ich ausdrücklich positiv hervorheben möchte. Die hygienischen Zustände im Krankenzimmer waren hingegen unzureichend – es fehlten grundlegende Dinge wie Handtücher, die ich erst anfordern musste.

Leider musste ich erneut operiert werden, da eine Narbe sich nicht richtig geschlossen hatte. Auch hier fehlte es an Aufklärung – alles verlief wieder in wenigen Minuten ohne fundierte Informationen. Die Narbe am inneren Oberschenkel ist optisch sehr unsauber und erinnert eher an eine grob vernähte Wunde. Zudem leide ich aktuell unter starken Wassereinlagerungen und einer geöffneten Naht, die nun zuhause behandelt werden muss.

Nach meiner Abreise gab es keinerlei ärztliche Nachfrage zum Heilungsverlauf oder meinem Allgemeinzustand. Der einzige positive Aspekt war die freundliche Krankenschwester sowie die Organisation von Transfer und An- bzw. Abreise.

Can I just add nurse nerr is the most beautiful kind hearted person I have met! 1 day after surgery was an earthquake to which nurse nerr made sure we was all okay and helped us with everything and really took care of us all, she has such a big heart❤️ my scars are absolutely fine so I don’t know what some of the 1 star reviews are about. With surgery you need to listen to the aftercare and if you don’t listen and don’t do what you are supposed to do you won’t have the best results!
I’m nearly 2 weeks post op, my scars are very thin! I’m healing absolutely fine and my experience was great! Everywhere you will go to has bad reviews, don’t let the bad reviews put you off, and if you listen to the aftercare instructions you will be left with amazing results! Thankyou blanc surgery!

I have had surgery with dr.Kermin Unal I was really pleased with the results. All the staff were so friendly and made the experience so much better for me as I felt really comfortable and looked after.
