Bad start, great ending! Would recommend Driver medicals to others.

I had an issue with a particular staff member who was very rude to me on the phone. After making a complaint and speaking to a senior member of staff, they understood where i was coming from and resolved my issue for me instantly. They did this in a very timely manor and for that i am very appreciative of their service. It was annoying having to go through a complaint process, but like i said they did an amazing job in resolving my issue for me. The senior member of staff apologised for the inconvenience i faced and booked me in for another appointment. In conclusion i would recommend this service to others.

Reliable company

Very, very, very helpful, professional and reliable,online booking very easy.
The doctor today 14.02.2022 time of appointment 12,15 at Hendon was very polite and helpful.
On time,no hassle,fit for purpose!
The best!

Nice friendly doctor good location

Good location and good young doctor obviously knew his stuff, and the cost was very reasonable, off street parking in a BUPA facility, highly recommended

Easy to book

Easy to book, great price compared to local doctors surgery. I was seen on time by a friendly doctor in a relaxed environment. The only issue was a venue change, but no real drama, still local to the original.

In and out in 25mins

In and out in 25mins. Would of been less but read my blood pressures 3 times due to being a little high. Asked all the correct and signed the papers i needed. Thanks

No fuss

No fuss, just gets the job done. Needed urgently, Medical’s provided the answer when others were not able. Could not be more satisfied and will always use from now on. Great value too.
