Don't trust this site or their On Line chat service.

Tried to biok an RV through this company after a last minute cancelation of another booking through a different company. When dates are selected the site misrepresents which vehicles are available so you go through the booking process. I went on the On Line chat to see what RV'S were available and was informed that every vehicle which shows a price is available for hire for the selected dates. The On Line chat also suggested a specific RV on their list so we went ahead and made the booking. Of course we stopped making any further enquiries about other vehicles as we believed from what we were told that we had a legitimate booking. Received a call the following morning stating that the booked vehicle was unavailable and there were no alternate vehicles available.

Poor customer serivice and information provided by their On Line chat can't be trusted.

Don’t use this web site

Prices are way more than if you book direct with rental car companies. Do not use them.

Hi Robert,

When making a booking through DriveNow you are booking directly through the car supplier reservation system. We have contacted Hertz on your behalf and confirmed you have added excess reduction insurance to your rental. This daily insurance rate has been added to your final cost. Please be assured your DriveNow/Hertz charges are correct and will also reflect the purchase of excess reduction insurance and any other optional extras that may be applicable ie fuel etc. Our team have also contacted you by email.

Good rates

Good rates. I initially booked for 2 days and 3 hrs. Mostly charged for 3 days, so I wound it back to 2 days and 1 hr and got a better total
