Poor customer service:
- I had made a special request to have two baby seats in the camperhome, I asked twice over email to make sure the request had been considered: when we arrived the baby seats were not installed, they struggled finding a baby seat for my 6 months old who ended up in a baby seat meant for 1year olds and above and/or 10 kg babies and above (he weights 6kg): my baby's own safety was at stake here. Moreover the baby seat was more that FILTHY (previous babies probably ate, threw up and did other very disgusting things in there and I felt really bad having my 6months old spend hours in this filthy seat). When I tried telling the staff that this was not appropriate for a baby under a year old they responded in a VERY RUDE way to me as if I had nothing to say.
I was so disappointed and angry at the staff that I installed my own car seat for my 2 years old (didn't want to go through the same discussion with the staff to have something unsafe and dirty installed for him)
- It took over 2 hours for us to leave the place with our camperhome as the car seats we had requested a month before twice over email were not installed (even though the email said twice that they had already been installed in the camperhome)
- The staff was rude and overselling hardcore all the possible premium packages and options
- The staff could not speak proper English (she seemed to be a foreign student)

Dirty camperhome:
- The camperhome was just FILTHY, the cuttlery was so disgusting we had to wash it all over again ourselves before cooking the first day, the first night when we removed the table to make the bed we found hair, sand, filth behind all cushions
- The tires had not been inflated: this is very dangerous!
- There was no liquid for the windshield wippers
- The first mountain road we took the microwave fell off in a turn because it was not screwed properly
- The fist time we used the kitchen sink the screws of the protecting glass came off because not screwed properly
- The first time we closed the curtains at night one of the strings detached

It looks as though when customers return the camperhomes you just have a quick look but do not clean or pay attention to details.
We were honestly VERY disappointed with the rental experience both on a customer service point of view as well as the camperhome itself.
The first time we rented with you was for a 3weeks trip experience in Australia and everything was perfect and smooth.
This time we had decided to upgrade from a Britz to a Maui to have a more "recent" camperhome but we found it to be worst than the first time with our Britz.

Quick, transparent and fairly cheap

Transparent on its rental policy details. Website is easy to navigate. Rental vehicle excess amount is clearly stated and explained with various option put up to reduce the high excess imposed by car rental company. Been using DriveNow since 2014 and is still using it happily. Come May will be picking up another car through them again! Looking forward for another pleasant experience!
