I took a car from 7 to 17/8/20.
In all honesty what a pleasant surprise. Car was clean and in good condition and the service was really efficient. I will definitely be back.

Attenti a possibili truffe nascoste dietro a invisibili punte di spillo. Abbiamo riportato l'auto perfetta, stando attenti per tutti i dodici giorni di utilizzo, a mantenere la carrozzeria illibata. Nella ricognizione alla consegna, fatta al buio solo alla luce di una torcia, era quasi impossibile vedere segni e graffi sulla carrozzeria, ma sulla carrozzeria si è concentrato il ben istruito addetto della compagnia per farci vedere come fosse perfetta. Nonostante questo gli abbiamo fatto segnare due o tre segnetti che lui forse avrebbe volentieri ignorato. L'auto a mio parere, nonostante quanto segnato sul contachilometri e nonostante fosse tutta pulita e perfettamente profumata, aveva parecchi chilometri di utilizzolo e lo si poteva capire dalla frizione completamente molle e andata... Riportata l'auto dopo averla utilizzata per 12 giorni, l'addetto ha tirato fuori uno straccietto usato e sporco per spolverare le parti da controllare ed è andato a colpo sicuro ad individuare due microscopici puntini, grandi quanto una capoccia di spillo, sul parabrezza visibili solo in controluce e con una fonte di luce suppletiva... impossibili da vedere ad occhi nudo e di cui non ci eravamo mai accorti, ne prima, ne dopo, ne guidandola. Ebbene per queste due punte di spillo Drive Hellas si è trattenuta la somma di 250,00 euro !!! dalla mia carta di credito. Un vero e proprio furto perpetrato con estrema"professionalità". Diffidate dunque di questa compagnia e di queste persone, se mai vi capitase di noleggiare un'auto con loro ispezionate voi l'auto (per una buona ispezione ci vogliono almeno 15 minuti luce e controluce) fate più foto possibili sia di eventuali graffi presenti ma anche delle parti che sembrano apparentemente perfette. Altra anomalia: nel documento con i punti della carrozzeria dove segnalare eventuali danni durante l'ispezione alla prima consegna non c'era traccia dei punti con i segni visibili sulla carrozzeria che ricordo avevamo, insieme all'addetto, visualizzato al momento del ritiro dell'auto e chiesto di evidenziare... come mai? Purtroppo loro sembrano "professisti" abituati a fare in modo che il cliente subisca senza possibilità di replica e difesa questi che sembrano piccoli taglieggiamenti che alla fine fanno lievitare l'esborso del noleggio al triplo di quello che pensavi di dover pagare... Insomma piccole truffe quotidiane di una compagnia che evidentemente lucra su queste cose invece che su un onesto e leale servizio al cliente.

When picking up the car, no problem, everything was perfect (we Thought!!)
The guy that noticed the damages then did not signed them all on the paper so when we returned the car, they noticed that we had damaged the car!! We had a full insurance, so it did not cost us anything but they cheat the umbrella organisation!! so this Drive Company is very bad bussiness!!

Initially seems cheap car rental company although you will realise in the end that they will charge you for the smallest invisible scratch even though you have evidence that the scratch was there from the beginning..

Scammers. They will charge you for any micro and almost invisible scratch. I had full insurance with a third party provider and they knew that I wouldn't make a big fuss when they would rip me off my money during the return of the car.
They made me waste 1 hour at pick up to register all the damages, some of them clearly made by them such as small round holes in the paint all over the car, plus other damages. How can a car have the same pattern of holes all over it? I registered as many as I could, but in the end it's impossible to beat them at their game. Their business model is to force you to take their full insurance or rip you off your money for damages. When I returned the car the id1ot on duty got an old dirty cloth and brushed the car to find something. Found a micro dent that was there before but unfortunately wasn't registered in the contract, and also, with the dirty cloth it was able to fill an otherwise invisible scratch with black dirt. Obviously, they are not that meticulous when handing over the car. Amazing. Besides all the hassle and abuse I got from these guys, and the will I had to punch that french id1ot working in their office (more like a tin can, not an office), I did get all my money back from my insurance provider and advise you to NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. AVOID!

Noleggio auto contratto a luglio 2019 in Grecia da dimenticare. Se fate l'assicurazione totale del mezzo in noleggio vi costa sicuramente di più! Attenzione, non fare tale copertura totale, potrebbe costarvi molto di più per attribuzioni di danni pre-esistenti al vostro autonoleggio. Consiglio di controllare con cura l'auto al momento del check-in e del chech-out. Scattate delle foto e controllate bene che i danni pre-esistenti siano riportati sul vostro voucher. Non consiglio vivamente, insieme a tante altre, tale compagnia.

Ich habe dieses Jahr zweimal ein Auto bei Drive Hellas am Flughafen von Kos gemietet. Beide Male war das Auto in einem sehr guten Zustand und auch sehr sauber. Bei Ankunft am Flughafen von Kos würde ich erwartet und zum Drive Hellas Büro gebracht und nach Abgabe des Autos zum Flughafen gebracht. Anthoula und ihr Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, arbeiten sehr professionell und bieten einen hervorragenden Service. Ich habe durchweg positive Erfahrungen gemacht. Drive Hellas am Flughafen Kos ist sehr zu empfehlen. Ich würde jederzeit wieder ein Auto dort mieten.

We should have checked reviews . Efore pur reservation... very bad experience with this company in Thessaloniki airport. we had rented out a car for one week, but had to wait for pick up at the arrival, and only one of us could go because they had not enough room in the van.
Upon departure from Thessaloniki, the company gate was closed when we arrived (although during business hours) , we had to call and wait about 15 minutes when two employees arrived, obviously not from the airport since they arrived with their own car. One employee asked firstly if we had a full insurance, then, very surprisingly pointed right away to a tiny scratch (under 5 mm long and under 1 mm large) which was not visible until he removed the dust on the passenger door and requested 250 euros for repair, same cost as if we had completely destroyed the door.
It seems the same thing happens all the time with the company. Cheap rental but damages requested if you don’t have a full insurance. After paying the 250 euros .. we had no choice, they know you can not take the risk to miss your flight. We were very unpleased and start complaining. The employee started to threaten us, saying he would keep more money on our credit card. Stay away from this company ..

Stay away! I rented The car at Drive Hellas at Thessaloniki Airport. The guy did not mark two scratches during inspections. He told us There are no bacause it is a new car. Fortunatelly We noticed them at The last moment. At the drop-off, I had one Small scratch and Small dent. They charged me 462eur plus 62eur For handling the documents!!! I hope I get back Money from My extra insurance.
Stay away!!!! At the end you will get scammed.

Please do not get scammed by these guys. It is cheap for a reason, they nail you at the end with all sort of unnecessary charges!! Never had any issues like this with the reputable companies. Do not fall for it!

Uns wurde ein Schaden untergeschoben, den wir nicht gemacht haben. Die Frau fand sofort die versteckte Stelle unter dem Plastik und wusste was es kostet. Hatte keine Zeit zur Diskussion, der Flieger ging. Nun hoffe ich, dass die Versicherung die 500 Euro übernimmt. Ich kann vor dieser Autovermietung nur warnen. Mich haben sie als Kunde verloren.

24 euro late charge for a delayed flight, speedy shuttle, speedy contracting. Took the extra insurance, still got screwed. The full to full policy didn't get honored. Had to pay 10 euros for a litre of gas.

Cheap in every sense of the word. Our flight was delayed. When we called the office for pick-up, the office said they could not pick us up for another 30 minutes. 45 minutes later we found the shuttle despite walking around asking others at the pick-up spot if they knew where he was. We were then charged a late fee despite the company being partially responsible for us being late (the airline being the other). The fuel tank was not full despite a "full-to-full" policy. We had a flat tire and the office (and the documents) gave the incorrect number for roadside assistance. The mechanic told us the tire was not fit to be driven on in the first place. At drop-off, they offered to call a cab and said there were none available. So we waited around for 30 minutes before we called our own which came within 2 minutes.

Ik had via rentalcars.com een Peugeot 208 of gelijkwaardig gehuurd bij Drive-Hellas. Toen ik de auto ophaalde was het een Nissan Micro, nu is dit zeker geen slechte auto maar mijn inziens absoluut niet comfortabel.
Ik ben na 3 dagen terug gegaan naar drive-hellas op de luchthaven Preveza en zij hebben mij zonder enig gedoe alsnog een Peugeot 208 mee gegeven, wat een service!
Er was zelfs op de Nissan wat schade geconstateerd (waar ik niet van af wist) maar ook dit zorgde niet voor extra kosten:-)
Als ik 6 sterren kon geven deed ik dit.

I rented a Peugeot 208 or equivalent at rentalcars.com at Drive-Hellas. When I picked up the car it was a Nissan Micro, now this is certainly not a bad car but in my opinion absolutely not comfortable.
After 3 days I went back to drive-hellas at the Preveza airport and they gave me a Peugeot 208 without any hassle, what a service!
There was even some damage on the Nissan (which I did not know about) but this also did not result in additional costs :-)
If I could give 6 stars I would do this.

DO NOT USE unless you take out full insurance! They are conmen.
They went over the car on return cm by cm and I was told I had a stonechip and a very light scratch on the inside of the passenger door. I drove it to one end of the island and back on my own and never even opened the passenger door.
Anyway, they aggressively cornered me in the office telling to agree to liability and pay them 'at least €185'.
I refused to sign anything and was then told they would take my full deposit of €600.
I hire cars every other week so I have excess insurance cover for any car world wide. I have advised them about this.
They were lovely on pick up but it was a horrendous situation when I dropped the car off clean, fully fuelled and with NO damage. They are cheap for a reason - they sting you on made up damage on return.

They let is pay for damage we did not make. When we took the car it was dark so we could not see all the sketches but it were allready a lot of them in the dark. We took extra incurens to be save. Not......never again and I do NOT recommend them at all!!

Ze hebben ons laten betalen voor schade niet door ons of tijdens ons gebruik veroorzaakt. We hebben de auto op gehaald in het donker en er waren erg weinig lampen. We zagen toen al erg veel krassen alleen deze over het hoofd gezien wat volgens die medewerker daar ECHT niet kon! De plaats van de schade kan nooit tijdens ons gebruik gebeurd zijn. We hebber er amper mee gereden en hij stond veilig voor het huis geparkeerd. Ik kan maar één ding zeggen OPLICHTERS!!!!!!!!

Absolutely no problems hiring from Drive Hellas. Efficient pick up from airport and friendly service from the rental desk. Very light sell if the CDW insurance but didn’t push this when made aware that already taken out in UK. Car was checked carefully by them going out but less so on return.

Wir mussten sehr lange warten bis wir zur Station gefahren wurden dort der übliche Versuch weitere Versicherungen zu verkaufen.
Bekamen ein sehr altes Auto mit 74.000 KM
Hätten eine Reifenpanne nach 2 Tagen und etlichen Telefonaten und Fehlauskünften hieß es wir sollten den Reifen selbst neu kaufen was wir für 45 Euro taten
Bei der Abgabe würden uns dann nochmals 120 Euro abgeköpft da in Griechenland angeblich immer mindestens 2 gleiche Reifen gesteckt werden müssen. Also totaler Nepp und außerdem ungemein unfreundlich
Ich rate von dieser Station ab!

Theis service is the worst I ever encounteres,steer clear from such a tottaly unstrustworthy company.

They promised to return my £150 quarantee back and I am still chasing them to return the full amount- they never gave an explanation as to why the retained a sum, even though everything was paid in full.
We encountered bad weather conditions and when we asked for road service not only they never provided any assistance but they were quick to tell us of that in case of snow we should have our own snow chains. They were totally inconsiderate and rude,worse experience ever
