The location was convenient. The staff is friendly. Check-in and check-out process is smooth and easy.

Tras tres experiencias con Drivalia, hemos decidido no volver.
La primera fue muy negativa, con información deficiente y sobrecostes; aun así, consideramos que todos merecen una segunda oportunidad. La segunda fue satisfactoria, lo que nos animó a repetir.
En esta tercera ocasión, la recogida del vehículo fue correcta, con una atención amable y profesional. Sin embargo, la devolución resultó todo lo contrario: desorganización, esperas innecesarias y un trato poco adecuado. Por otro lado poca experiencia en el idioma (inglés) por parte de la que nos recibió el coche lo que hizo más difícil la comunicación y ocasionó una situación tensionante con una actitud un poco borde y grosera.
Una lástima.

Car quality is the worst I have ever seen and I have tears of rental experience Car had mileage over 72 I and apparently was used by extensive smokers before. Neither could they change the car nor could they clean the car professionally and thoroughly . I have had it with this provider and first experience will be lest experience! This business is owned by credit agricole they definitely have no clue how to run a successful car rental business;

Mietwagen für eine woche von lissabon gebucht (über check24), gleich vorab mit angegeben dass ich bis 21:30 den mietwagen abhole und Aufpreis für verlängerte öffnungszeit mitgezahlt, da die Firma nur bis 21 uhr geöffnet hat und man mit shuttle abgeholt und dorthin gefahren wird (mein Flug sollte um 20:25 landen, mit Gepäck abholen alles sehr knapp, nirgends eine Angabe wie lange die shuttlefahrt dauert) ..ich bin gelandet mit 20 min Verspätung, habe sofort versucht anzurufen und die Verspätung zu melden um 20:40, also innerhalb der Öffnungszeiten! 2x vergeblich angerufen, habe gott sei dank eine nette Dame im Flieger kennengelernt die es dann nochmal über ihr Handy versucht hat, dort ist dann jemand rangegangen, .. mir wurde ein Ausgang mitgeteilt an dem wir uns treffen wollten, es kam niemand, ich habe 1 Stunde gewartet und immer wieder angerufen, an allen Autos geschaut ob sie von der vermietungsgesellschaft sind! ..es ging niemand ans Telefon, die Dame die ich kennengelernt hatte hat dann nochmal angerufen, der Mitarbeiter meinte dann er hätte 15 Minuten gewartet und ich wäre nicht da gewesen, er hat dann andere Kunden abgearbeitet und macht das jetzt erstmal fertig ..würde dann nochmal 30 minuten brauchen! Ich habe mir dann ein uber genommen und den Vorgang über check24 storniert und reklamiert! Absolute Katastrophe!!

Booked a Kia ceed Estate or equivalent via a Jet2 holiday. Got to the office and the car wasn't ready for nearly 3 hours so had to go back to the airport and wait. When we hot back they only had a SEAT Arona (400l luggage space Vs 625 for the Kia. They clearly don't have an estate cars and didn't care.

Also, despite paying for additional insurance with the booking through Jet2 , we get the pressure sale of insurance and "oh you won't have the same cover" and we need €2500 deposit.

The whole thing felt like a scam and I would advise anyone to avoid this company and stick with the large car rental business. Also avoid booking this through Jet2 who did not care when we called them asking how we were supposed to get our family to our villa.

Devido a essa prática comercial fraudulenta, sinto-me na obrigação de informar os futuros clientes.
Espero que você trabalhe corretamente e trate seus clientes com honestidade.
No entanto, o que aconteceu em Drivalia Olbia é pura fraude.
e estão ignorando minha reclamação.
Sem correção, sem compensação, sem contraproposta.
Foram feitas deduções no meu cartão Visa sem autorização.
Portanto, é meu dever moral informar os clientes sobre as práticas da Drivalia.

Os funcionários são super simpáticos e muitos atenciosos. O que fez com que nós voltássemos uma segunda vez e com toda a certeza muitas outras, sempre que tentamos de alugar carro.

Vraiment pas sérieux.
Les personnes a l'accueil ont refusés mon permis de conduire.
Elles ont confondues la date de fin de validité permis PL au autres permis VL ou moto qui n'ont pas de fin de validité.
Après 2 heures d'acharnement obligé de nous rendre à l'hôtel en Bolt 😕.
Demain nous allons rechercher un loueur plus sérieux.
Quelle perte de temps, le séjour commence bien 😡
Et de plus il va falloir se battre pour se faire rembourser le paiement effectué.
Quelle incompétence !!

Experiência fantástica, staff bastante atencioso, super claros a explicar todas as informações e simpáticos.
O carro estava limpo, cheiroso e bem cuidado, senti-me bastante seguro.
Recomendo imenso o uso desta rent a car.
