Dripex magnetic exercise bike
Recently bought a Dripex magnetic exercise bike which was delivered on time but had to contact them over an issue I had. I stress nothing to do with any fault whatsoever on the bike or Dripex themselves. All I can say their customer service was brilliant and they went out of their way to help. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase something from them in the future.

A waste of money.
I bought an indoor exercise bike from Dripex via Amazon in January of 2021. By February it was getting noisier and noisier, by the first week of March it had stopped working completely. We have contacted Dripex many times and sent them a video, they have been unhelpful and show little interest in addressing the issue. Avoid Dripex products would be my advice, spend your money elsewhere.

Terrible - I ordered a desk from Dripex via Amazon and they sent me the wrong one. Despite trying the return via Amazon and the Dripex website I have still not heard anything.

Incompetent, scam or slow?
I wish I had investigated this website further before making a purchase. It looks fairly legitimate on the website, compared to other fitness equipment websites. While their customer service has been responsive, their English is very poor (and the datestamp details come in mandarin or something) and they can not seem to answer the simple question of where my parcel is, 2 weeks after ordering it. The order was due to arrive by now according to their shipping details. They have supplied tracking numbers for UPS and Hermes for my order but seem to have only printed the labels and not actually sent the parcels. It would be a lot easier to be patient if I understood what the issue is but I don’t think their customer service team have been able to communicate this, and keep asking me to wait for an update - day after day. I’m not sure it’s a scam but will let you know if I manage to get a refund. I thought I would get the order plenty of time before Christmas but it looks like that will not be the case!
