I bought the men's leather and steel bracelet. I wear it every day. It’s gotten wet a few times, and the leather hasn't cracked. The steel clasp is strong. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is that the leather had a strong chemical smell when I first opened the box. It went away after a day or two, but it was noticeable at first.

The watch was so stiff, couldn't correct time nor wind it. I feel such a fool for not investigating further before purchase

Just ok , I noticed it came in a paper envelope no bag , and it was actually shipped from china . The quality was just ok nothing special for the price just a cheap herringbone necklace at an average price no better than wat u would get on eBay for half the price really

Well I’ll start by saying I’m not a fake profile I’m from England and ordered the ‘gold’ rope chain, not knowing this was a Canadian website. But this item only took 9 days to come from first ordering.
And we all know it’s not real gold but it’s certainly very good replica.
No complaints from me after all it was only £34 and it looks as real as my ‘real gold’….i will see how long it lasts but like I say at first look it’s very decent for the price. Looks legit.

I am extremely disappointed with both your service and your customer support — it has been absolutely shocking. My birthday package was stolen, and as a first-time buyer, this is the outcome I’ve been left with. I waited 10 days with no updates beyond the tracking information from the 12th, which stated the parcel had been delivered to Bow Home Delivery. I received no further communication after that; Because of the long delay and lack of updates, I contacted customer service for assistance. It then took days to receive a response, only to be told that it was my responsibility to check the tracking link and emails — which I had already done. That is precisely why I reached out in the first place. When I asked for an update you replied on the same day. Once I asked for a refund or a replacement of my package all of a sudden you have “high volume emails”; so you have high volume emails when a customer asks for a refund but any other question you’re quick to respond. Absolutely terrible customer service. Instead of offering support or investigating the issue properly, I felt blamed as the customer. Being told “I’m here to help” while taking days to respond and shifting responsibility is unacceptable. As a first-time customer, this has left a terrible impression. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer care is disgraceful. Absolutely horrendous experience. Utterly shambolic.

This a scam. No real gold or silver. Not even for the product they say it is. DONT BUY HERE. They are a SCAM. Shop somewhere reputable.

I received a 12 mm necklace supposed to have been coated sterling silver over stainless steel, I really wanted not to look so dark like some stainless steel look.
I see that no returns accepted unless it’s damaged.
I will never buy from them again something that is not as described is terrible you can’t even exchange.
This are the companies that they get peoples money one time, but never will have repetitive customers.
I also received a package from a Hialeah address that has nothing to do with what they advertised this is a real scam.

I waited a month for my product. The timing was intentional, so I could deliver to a relative visiting. It took so long, I had to mail to my nephew, as I did not receive timely, Their excuse was it took time to create a custom piece. There was nothing custom about the product, nor was that stated on their site. I mailed to my nephew and he did not like, so he mailed back. I then noticed them I needed to return. It was in the original container and never worn. They refused the return because it was not within 24 days. I just barely missed that deadline. I would never order from them again. After waiting 30 days and then having a ridiculous timeline for a Christmas return. Be careful before you order from them!!!!

All fake, even lab diamonds are fake, dont pass the tester, bet the gold is fake too

I ordered a lab grown diamond men's tennis necklace and customer service by the representative was petty, prissy and petulant. When I complained that their ACTUAL delivery time was WAY OUSIDE their advertised delivery time and that I would NOT be buying from her company again and that furthermore, I would be telling my followers on social media about this experience, this representative said, and I quote, "Please note that we take customer communication seriously and cannot continue service in situations involving threats or inappropriate language." AND CANCELED MY ORDER WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I replied that this is not a threat and that this exchange will be posted on social media, which is here and on Bluesky, where I have 28k followers. This snotty customer service rep might benefit from customer service training. THAT'S not a threat either, merely an observation. NO STARS if I could do that. This petty and vindictive last minute cancelation out of the blue upset my plans to give this necklace as a birthday gift to a dear friend at work!

i ordered a cz diamond chain and ring about 10 days and it arrived today, quality on both are amazing, decent-ish shipping long wait times but it is free. and at the time of writing this all products have a 20% off code. 5 stars out of 5 stars from me. Big J out 🗣️

They were a day late with it being that time of year but I am over the moon. Purchased a winged pendant and it shines like it cost a few grand. Will be buying from there again.

This company is a scam. They acknowledge sending the wrong size. I opened a claim with PayPal and sent the item back to them which cost me £10 shipping fee. Drip culture refused to provide me with a free return label and ignored the evri VAT payment request. Thankfully PayPal resolved the issue in my favor and refunded me. I regret coming across their website. Their customer service is atrocious. I hope future buyers check for reviews on trustpilot first. STAY AWAY!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Drip Culture Jewelry and will not be ordering from them again. The website indicated that my item would be delivered within 8-14 days, but it arrived after that timeframe. When I contacted customer service, they were unapologetic, unhelpful and showed no willingness to assist, despite the fact that the product was unusable by the time it arrived. I strongly advise others to consider more reliable alternatives to avoid similar issues.

Over 2 and a half months & I still haven't recieved my pendant. I've ordered similar custom pendants through other companies and it show up in weeks. After a 2 months contacted them through e-mail. They said it would be sent out within a week. I waited 2 weeks nothing. I finally got a shady track your package e-mail that said it could take up to 17 days to arrive. I'll believe it when I see it. Don't trust this company to come through for you in 2 months. Not gonna happen & still curious if they are even legit.

Do not order from here, it’s a scam. It says 8-14 days for arrival it’s been 14 days and I have nothing to give my husband for his birthday. It had been 8 days and they still did not ship it so I requested they cancel the order and after that they FINALLY shipped it! I will be disputing with my bank because they lied about shipping time.

I was searching for a gold plated apple watch band. They advertise an 18K Gold watch band and said its gold plated. It is actually just gold colored stainless steel. That is NOT the same thing. Also, I didn't realize their stuff comes from China, so shipping time was VERY long. Now I am in the process of returning their junk. Clearly all the reviews on their site are fake especially since there is no where to actually post a review on their site. I regret not checking the reviews here first.

The experience was amazing. I ordered a custom pendant and they made it really fast had no problems answering any questions I had. The custom pendant had a lot of sentimental value so I had a bunch of questions and they were so nice about everything and the pendant turned out amazing. I wear it everyday as a tribute I love it!
