Wine not delivered after nearly 2 weeks and no refund either. However, a fantastic lady called Charlotte was immediately on the case (pun intended 😄) helpful and apologetic when I contacted Drinkwell... Zobacz więcej

Very fast delivery of our favourite - Skinny Brands lager. Like the fact that the boxes are marked as fragile and which way up they should be stacked. There have been a couple of casualties in unmarke... Zobacz więcej

Great service.
I thoroughly enjoy the choices and selection of wines. There was a minor issue about free shipping which was resolved succinctly and comprehensively. The wine arrived packaged in a very robust way all in all great a Company.

Wonderful wine and prompt delivery. I’ve subscribed and I just hope that it doesn’t get too much or have any substitutions.

DrinkWell has spoilt me! No other wine will do.
I got into DrinkWell wines a few years ago, and I've become spoilt by them. It's not just the lower sugar and calories—although, that's quite nice—but the taste. I prefer DrinkWell to other wines. I tend to get mixed cases: white and rose during the summer, red and white for the winter. While I have favourites, I've never had a bad wine yet. And their delivery and customer service are stellar.

We ordered wine but never got it and they keep taking subscription money every 2 weeks and not send the wine
We ordered wine on subscription (to come every 2 weeks). The past 2 subscriptions never came to us. We have been trying to get a hold of customer service with no luck. When we managed to speak to someone, the issue didn’t get resolved (ie still haven’t gotten that order from the 19th May) so back to square 1. Not only do we not receive the wine we pay for, we can’t get a hold of customer service to cancel the subscription either. So money comes out of our account every 2 weeks but we get no product in return. SHOCKING!!!!

The missing bottle
The wine is great but I was supposed to get an extra bottle which I didn't. The website is a bit confusing but as I said the wine makes it worthwhile

Excellent wines, no compromise on taste!
I have bought many a purchase from this wonderful company. To think there is little to no sugar content in the wines is remarkable! There is no sacrifice in taste the wines are lovely.
My only niggle is that as you pay a little more for quality and health I feel the shipping charges on top make it very pricey!
