I didn't think it was a big deal to keep my subscription with Trade Coffee, so I canceled it and went back to buying coffee at the store.

Big mistake. Huge.

I didn't even finish the store-bought coffee. I went back to the Trade Coffee. The taste is significant, something I didn't realize until I left Trade Coffee. Their freshness beats out any store-bought coffee I've purchased. Their subscription is very easy to use. My deliveries come pretty quickly. I love their products.

I came across Trade on social media. My brother in law loves coffee and I wanted to get him a coffee subscription for Christmas. I thought it would be difficult because I had a price range and timeframe that was different from what they advertised. I was blown away by the excellent customer service- very communicative and willing to work with me. The quality and presentation of the coffee is outstanding. He has LOVED every kind they’ve sent him!!! He is so hard to shop for and said that this is the best gift he’s ever received. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I’ve been doing Trade for about 4-5 years now and I absolutely love it! I didn’t know what my coffee preferences were, and Trade helped me discover that. The coffees are amazing and it feels good to be supporting small businesses. Highly recommend getting started!

This coffee is exceptional. The platform is so easy to use. I have given this several times as gifts. I was first introduced to “Trade” by my son in law, we are very glad he shared the secret to a great cup of coffee.

Mostly good. Great roasters. Great online system and cheap shipping. Bummed the price went up (which they warned about to be fare) but the bean size (12 down to 10 oz) without telling us.

Love it. Easy to setup and customize to my needs. Fairly priced. Easy to pause when I need it. I like the variety of roasters.

First of all, it is fun to try new coffees and to be able to enjoy coffees from roasters I have tried when I travel. It’s like Christmas when my new coffee arrives. Second, the coffee is way fresher than if I bought it at the supermarket. Third, the website and customer service are great. Finally, I’ve found new roasters and blends I would have never discovered on my own. Trade learned which types of coffee I most enjoy and makes recommendations based on my preferences.

On 2/8/26 PERC Old Skool was supposedly being sent to me; however, what I received was PERC Juggernaut. I still have not heard back from the feedback I sent this past week after discovering this error on 3/4/26 and to indicate that the packaging is terrible because the bag cannot even be reclosed! So far I'm not impressed with the products or customer service of this subscription!

Always good quality coffee, with roasters I would never learn about if not for Trade!

I started with Trade several years ago, when lockdown first started. I love having a new coffee delivered every three weeks. I've been introduced to many great brewers around the country. I'm a dark roast gal and Trade Coffee scopes out amazing finds. The site is easy to navigate. I need a second cup now. . . <3

I was given a three month gift subscription to trade coffee. Being a big coffee drinker I was looking forward to try some new roasts. My first months coffee did not meet my standards and I let Tom from trade coffee know. He asked some questions about my preferences for coffee. He then offered 3 choices and offered to supply me with a replacement bag at no cost. I chose Ad Astra and received my coffee in a week. It was delicious! Matched my preferences exactly.
I am looking forward to my second month of coffee from Trade Coffee.

I've been ordering from Trade for many years, and one thing I've noticed is that the service and selection remain top-notch. Despite the current economic downturn, prices haven't risen much. I'm very happy with this company and highly recommend them. It's a great way to try new coffee from all over the US and support local roasters. I've never had issues receiving my coffee.

For whatever it's worth, I'm a coffee snob and appreciate a good roast. I don't do Starbucks or other chains. I also buy from local roasters in addition to Trade. I don't understand why anyone would give them a bad rating. You do have to take time to set up your preferences and you need to realize that USPS delivery issues are not Trade's fault. Order coffee in advance and always keep extra on hand - just in case. If there are delivery issues, check out USPS tracking and then provide that to Trade. They will do the right thing for honest customers.

In closing, since 2018 I've been a customer and I cannot recommend Trade enough.

We enjoy getting to try different roasts every several weeks. We don’t need to continually order and keep track of how much coffee we have left. The
coffee arrives like clockwork just as we are finishing up our last bag.

I’ve been loving my coffee subscription with Trade. I can try so many new different coffees. And it’s easy to opt out or delay your shipment ahead of time if you’re overstocked.

So far so good. I am new to Trade. My first shipment arrived when I still had a half full bag of beans that my brother roasted. Then the second arrived after I had just opened the first. I’m enjoying my morning coffee ☕️ almost as much as my brother’s roast. There is just one of me , so I may have to put a little more time between deliveries.

So far I have enjoyed two of the three coffees I have received.
