The machine was very poor quality. It no longer punctures the capsules anymore and it constantly has flow problems. The website is incredibly unhelpful and does not has any advice on the puncturing issue at all.
Also, the AI chatbot is extremely frustrating. Regardless of what issue you mention, it replies "sorry to hear your machine is leaking. Please press the purge button", even when I never mentioned any leak.
Morning Dream got broken after 4 months
Supported them in april-may 2024 on Kickstarter with the Morning Dream machine. As all backers got false promises for 6 months to start shipping the machine. Got mine in Jan 2025 and it broke 4 months after. One morning it just did not turn on. For NO REASON. Their support reviewed my video and just issued me a full refund. What to say... During these 4 months the machine was pretty good, nice latter-art milk foam. But overall experience as a customer in EU - awful=(
Broken machine after 2 years
I have been loyal Morning customer for long period. I own Morning Coffee Machine and Morning Dream Milk Machine. I have also ordered their xmas calendars every year, very expensive ones, over £50.
Now Morning Coffee Machine broke just after 2 years of use. It just suddenly turned off during a brew and doesn’t turn back on. There were no signs of any issues before that. I contacted Morning customer support and they forwarded my issue to their UK repair partnet and said that I need to pay all the expenses. Then they closed the support ticket. This is not the way to handle your customers.
£440 machine that lasts 2 years is not worth it. Machine makes perfect coffee but that doesn’t help if it just breaks. There is no manual way to turn it on either so there is nothing you can do as a customer when this happens.
I would ask you to avoid unless you are willing to lose money and pay expensive repair.
I will not support this company anymore. They lost a very loyal customer.

Purchased both the pod machine and the Morning Dream in December.
Lovely coffee, BUT, the Morning Dream has been giving me flow rate faults and stopped working 2 weeks ago.
Despite endless emails, and even sending a video of exactly what I had described in emails, their customer support is SO SO slow. They are now talking about potentially me sending it to a UK service center for a repair, on a machine that is only 3 months old. They've given no timelines at all, and refuse to just provide a replacement machine - which under UK Consumer Law I'm entitled to. They talked about sending me a 'loan machine' but unless its brand new, that feels weird to be consuming something from a machine that might have been in multiple peoples houses? Not even sure thats legal with food/drink devices.
Great looking machines, and great coffee, but clearly if something stops working they fall apart as a company - and this episode would unfortunately be enough to make me not recommend them. Previously I had a Sage machine I purchased from a UK retailer, and when that went wrong I just took it to a shop and they switched for a new one. No fuss.
What a shame. Everyone has asked me about these machines and I've been singing their praises, but that narrative will need to change - purely because of your terrible customer support.

A machine that was a delight then ended up being an expensive mistake
The machine was approaching 2 years old when it started to leak water. I contacted the supplier who is based in Singapore. The exchange of emails was slow and weeks passed before they arranged for it to be repaired. We packed it up and sent it to their contract service company in the UK. Both companies went silent unless pressed with another email. Then an invoice arrived £295 for the repair we declined to pay as communication on costs had been nil. After several weeks the machine appeared out of the blue on the doorstep. It worked for 2 weeks before it broke again. For a machine that expensive it was poor on all fronts and I would not recommend

Unhelpful, Slow to Respond. Poor Customer Support.
Needed to return a Morning “Dream” Machine. Delivery Confirmation from courier shows it’s now 14 days since my return arrived and I am still waiting for any sort of refund. Trying to get a response from customer support is difficult and sporadic at best. For an expensive product like this I expected much better after support. Avoid.

OK, there I was bored on a long distance flight, knees tucked under my chin in economy, reading this stupid magazine enthusing about a ridiculously expensive coffee frother.
Back home, equally bored one evening I ordered it, somehow forgetting to mention to partner and children how much it cost.
So where is it now? In the garage with all my other stupid impulse buys?
Noooo!!
Proudly on the kitchen counter, regularly used by all the family. Perfectly frothed milk for partner's coffee, creamy soya for mine. Children love the hot chocolate made with real chocolate.
Initially worried that it might not be robust, but had it a year now and no problems.
In short a source of unalloyed joy--how many of your kitchen appliances can you say that about?

A coffee machine with character. I also like how I can brew and bloom the different capsules from different brands bought from Morning. I shared some capsules with a friend w a Nespresso machine. The taste and feel of the coffee brewed comes out different ( nicer softer in the morning)

Broken down after just over a year, terrible customer support
After just over a year, the machine fully stopped working, unable to pressurise and flow water for brewing. Customer service has been slow, and poorly able to support with any useful information, with the premium price point of this machine I am shocked at the low level of service and quick failure of the machine. Not worth the investment.
Fails on the basics
Initially was impressed with the machine, it does give more control over brewing than other machines. The app is a nice idea but fiddly and pretty glitchy - we stopped using after set up.
The big problem is the machine leaks into the capsule bin - I know all machines do this but after 12 months of use we started finding large puddles under the machine on a regular basis and not just when the capsule bin was near full.
Recently this problem has now extend to water streaming out of the back of the nozzle every time you brew causing a spill with every use.
Customer service is slow and not very helpful. Now the machine is out of warranty and the only option is a a local service centre charging £200 to fix the issue.
Nespresso machines are basic in function yes but my last one went for almost 10 years before being replaced. This machine is style over substance - nice idea but if it can't reliably do the basics then what's the point?
