Love it but I wish you could pick flavour on subscription, I was going to subscribe but there is only option of mix of 2 flavours and I have strong preference for one.

Although the product was good and delivered on time and well packaged! I ordered the mixed case but only received 2 types I did enquire about this but was told that the mixed case I ordered was only available in 2 flavours, bit disappointing because of that

Our CBD range currently includes two flavours, and the mixed case is made up of a combination of these two options. Taste unfortunately a definite no from me
Whilst ordering and delivery were first class, for me, the kombucha flavours are a definite no. Reading all the reviews, I thought I’d try this brand as there are so many positives about the taste. I had high hopes. Unfortunately (I stress for me!) the fermented taste isn’t disguised and the flavours just don’t work. Not a pleasant experience! I’m relatively new to kombucha so am trying all the brands that are natural (ideally no stevia). So far Counter Culture is hitting the right spot. I’ll keep searching

Excellent customer service ~ fantastic new lemonade!
Excellent customer service, I asked Hip Pop to help with a query and they came back very quickly. I've ordered a case of the new Yellow Sun Lemonade, it is amazing. When Hip Pop discontinued their old lemonade, I was so disappointed and had written to them, asking if they might reconsider. Not only have they done this, they have greatly improved on the old recipe. The new lemonade is soft, with a wonderful lemony tang, almost like a very lemony ice cream soda. It is very addictive and delicious and best of all, lo cal with no artificial sweeteners. Thank you, Hip Pop!

Great drinks
I prefer the kombucha, but I accidentally set up a subscription for the pop after trying that (my fault). It’s still nice, but I’ve amended to kombucha for future deliveries. I must admit I thought delivery was free for subscriptions but I may have missed that too as I did it in a rush. Regardless, great brand and fab drinks.
