My husband and I both drink this and love it. I used to drink Advocare but it gave me really bad heartburn. 4D does not do this and I just get the energy boost I want. Highly recommend.

Completely addicted! Not loving the Dreamsicle flavor, but still drinking it because I love how I feel! Will definitely put Fruit Punch on the auto ship instead of Dreamsicle.

I drink this at least once a day
I drink this at least once a day. It's great for that mid afternoon drowsiness. It gives me clarity when I need it without the excess if caffeine. It's also what I use before my workout in the morning. No sugar, no gluten and lots of supplements for hydration. I share with my friends when I get the opportunity.
