Being arrested and charged with two offences, drink driving and drunken (20/04/2025) in charge had me feeling anxious to say the least especially due to my job involving driving and how important it is in providing for my household.

There were some ups and downs going through this process but I’m glad I did as I was acquitted due to breathalyzer evidence being thrown due to police procedural issues. I want give a big thanks to Stephen Parker, the reviewing lawyer, Richard who represented me on the day. I was confident in how took charge in representing my interests within the court room. It was somewhat costly but well worth, keeping my license, my job, avoiding court fees and a fine. I also want to take time to thank Aaron ,the caseworker, who has a high level of emotional intelligence, he took time to hear my concerns and alleviated them by providing the necessary information and feedback I was chasing up.

So with that being said, I’m grateful for this outcome (you could it was an early Christmas present) and I hope I won’t have to use this firm again but in the event that a similar matter happens, at least I know who I can go to.

I was charged with several serious driving offences aswell as failure to provide specimen of blood for alcohol. I opted for the platinum / gold service as the case was complicated.
Needless to say all the team from NML (National Motoring Lawyers) was fantastic.
From the initial Conversation with Sandra Cooper to Jay Lemosa who represented myself at a not guilt plea. Fantastic.
For my trial date to my surprise they sent Philip Lucas who was nothing more than fantastic and more importantly supportive to the situation.
Without going into to much detail but he was brilliant in the court room and getting the case dismissed.
The old saying that you pay for what you get comes true here.
Any review that says they aren’t professional or don’t know what they are doing is talking NONSENSE.

DDS got the best solicitor in the country when it comes to motoring offences. Laura Heywood and her entire team handled my case, and it was discontinued within 48 hours of my initial contact. The admin team is very professional, and the fees set up by the legal team are very reasonable and affordable.

Honest review, Although there was a few admin hiccups to start with overall I really cannot speak highly enough of NML, they always came through and eventually got the case withdrawn and saved me from a 3 year ban, I would absolutely use these guys again, they offer better value for money than others but no less overall service, thanks NML, regards Giles

I cannot recommend National Motoring Lawyers enough. Stephen Parker my lawyer was absolutely incredible.. along with medical expert Dr Robinson. I was arrested for "failure to provide a specimen of breath ". I was found not guilty.. due to a panic attack caused by my anxiety condition. I would strongly recommend National Motoring Lawyers if you are being convicted of a driving ban. 1 long lengthy proccess but NML always provided the best possible service throughout. NML worked hard to ensure my best interests were at heart right throughout. I would like to thank everyone at NML for everything you all done for myself after many ups/downs NML won my case and chargers for failing to provide which could have left me with a 2 year driving ban with no previous convictions proving my innocence after all the stress/tears chargers were dropped therefore my motoring case was dismissed. I recommend using National Motoring Lawyers, they are impeccable and provide the highest standards. From the case working team to the finance accounting team. They were quick to respond to any questions and issues that I had. I was very worried from the beginning of the Court hearing date, but they helped me through the process and provided the perfect support.

I used the barrister Mr Philip Lucas and he was just amazing in court. I can't praise him enough, I was very stressed during my trial. But he calmed me down and ensured everything was OK. My case was dismissed and it was because of Mr Philip Lucas brilliance. How he operated in the court room was masterful.
