After trying the cement plug section, it did not perform as I needed it or as other programs do...I have removed your program from my computer and will not be purchasing it...

Tubing movement and packer…
I used the tubing movement and packer forces calculator. The program needs a nomenclature so as to assist user in properly defining input parameters. The formula computation may be correct but I was playing a guessing game.

Thank you for your comment you can always contact support@drillingsoftware.com they are there to help anyone who does not understand the inputs required in the tubing tally program.
The Packer Calculations program is a little more complex as it requires API and Gas Gradient inputs to be completely accurate in calculating the forces and pressures created against a packer in various situations .But once again support is always there, to help users that don't understand the inputs required

I have never been able to download any of the programs. I have a 64 bit lap top, but that seems to make no difference.

Since the software is being downloaded daily and registered programs in use in most oil producing countries
I suspect the problem is on your computer
The programs require Windows 7 up windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2010 up to the latest version
Windows XP is no longer supported
We can help you get set up if you download Teamviewer from www.teamviewer.com and contact support@drillingsoftware.com
There are other reasons that can stop a download
Downloading problems
1. Your antivirus software blocking a .EXE download.
2. Your company IT department has blocked employees downloading an .EXE file.
3. A security setting in your browser is blocking the download
Make sure you have the following, (Copy the links below into your Browser)
• Updates to all the Windows Service Packs (Windows 7 & Windows 108)
• Updates for Windows 10 are automatic but may interrupt your work
• Updates to all the Office Service Packs (Office 2007 & 2010 and above)

FYI the software installs and runs perfectly and requires Microsoft Office from version 2010 up to the latest version. The software runs on Windows 7, 8, 8.1, and 10 but not on XP.
If you are running XP (which is no longer supported by Microsoft) you need to upgrade
In addition the software is running in just about every oil producing country around the globe and has been for the past 28 years
You need to have MS Office installed and clean up your computers especially the registry

The software runs on Windows 7 upwards and Microsoft Office 2010 up to the latest version 365 and 2018
If the program did not run and you have one of the above Microsoft Office programs installed you need to clean your registry.
The software is in use in almost every oil producing country around the world and has been since 1992
If you need help running one of the programs please contact support@drillingsoftware.com they will help you to run the program
Will not export files
Will not export files. Locks up. Have had to down load it twice. And the answer I always get is we sent you that. My be just me but I have went back to my old spread sheet. Would of been nice. It had been more user friendly.

Records show that you downloaded the free trial version, as is usually the case the trial version save and export is disabled.
To enable fully functioning options you would need to purchase the full version
