I flew from the United States to Turkey to have my rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Hüseyin Karabulut, and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. His work is truly amazing. He is incredibly kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, especially when it comes to ethnic rhinoplasties. Dr. K carefully listened to all of my concerns and expectations. He understood exactly what I wanted and delivered results that are even better than I imagined. I never thought my nose could look this perfect I love it so much!

The entire experience was seamless from beginning to end. The booking process was smooth and well organized. While in Turkey, transportation was arranged for every appointment and need, which made the trip completely stress-free. His assistants, Emre, Maryam, and Tuncay were exceptionally helpful, kind, and supportive throughout the entire journey. They were always available to answer questions and made me feel comfortable and cared for at all times.

The post-operative care is great. They provide all medications and supplies needed to achieve the best possible results, and they even give extra boxes of medication for emergency use, which shows how much they truly care about their patients’ recovery and safety. I am currently only two weeks post-op and I already absolutely love my results. My nose is literally perfect 🥹 I’ve gotten so many compliments Dr. K gave me exactly what I asked for. The hotel accommodations were beautiful, and the hotel staff were phenomenal. Everything was organized perfectly and designed to set patients up for success. There was never a moment where I needed something that wasn’t already provided or easily accessible thanks to Dr. Karabulut and his incredible team.

I have zero complaints and highly recommend Dr. Karabulut to anyone considering rhinoplasty, you’ll be in great hands he is truly the best!! ❤️

I made my booking months ago and cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. However they were patient and allowed me to book when come when I was able to without loosing my deposit. I am happy with all process during and after my surgery. They were very kind, helpful and Maryam and Eme his assistance were lovely. I really love my result already even though am still healing. Dr Huysein is great at his craft and I happy I choose him. He listens to my concerns and advised and gave me what I wanted. Great doctor, great work, great experience.

I want to share my experience with a surgeon named Huseyin Karabulut so others can avoid what I went through. When I was younger, I went to him in Turkey for a rhinoplasty, as well as a lip lift and a brow lift. Looking back, these procedures were unnecessary, but the real issue was the care I received. He placed the brow lift incisions right next to my eyebrows, leaving me with two large, very noticeable scars. The lip lift scar was also really bad.

When it was time to remove the stitches, there was a translator who told me I only needed to take out the ones from my lip lift once I got home, and that the stitches in my brows were dissolvable. That turned out to be completely false. No one told me there were non-dissolvable stitches left in my brows, and I had to go to another surgeon in the U.S. later to get them removed. This left me with terrible scars.

Years down the line, I even had a spitting suture—basically a permanent suture—working its way out of the tip of my nose. It was a bizarre situation that multiple U.S. surgeons found unusual. I had a really hard time finding anyone here who wanted to deal with aftercare because many doctors don’t want to fix another surgeon’s mistakes from overseas. Eventually, I got it taken care of, but the clinic’s response was awful. They were rude, dismissive, blamed me for the aftercare, and ignored me for days at a time.

In the end, I just want people to know that these are not the kind of people you want to trust with your care. I paid them a lot of money—$10,000—and once the surgery was done, they didn’t care about me at all. They ignored me while I was recovering alone and offered no real help. Please do your research and avoid this clinic at all costs.

My whole experience from beginning to end was perfect with Tuncay. I would really recommend this surgeon above all. Tuncay really listens and creates what fits your face and still achieving your desired outcomes.

I loved every moment of recovery the transfers were easy the hotel stay were beautiful and the town centres to have a walk out in to get out and shop around it felt like a holiday more than anything it didn’t feel like I was recovering at all it was great.

My experience with Dr Hüseyin Karabulut was amazing. He greeted me with love and, respect as an international patient. The assistant and nurses were excellent and they took very good care of me. Had a Great experience with Dr.Hüseyin. He is very kind and knowledgeable. I also really love the results of my nose so far!! The only con I had during this whole process was that his assistant Emre forgot to book our hotel room, this was confirmed by the hotel as well, as we didn’t break their policy with our delayed flight and the hotel didn’t send out and couldn’t find an email confirmation of our booking. Emre was also pretty slow with responding to our messages,
But everything was fixed afterwards so that would be the only con everything else was okay! His other assistant Maryam is very kind,helpful,and quick with responding!!!She made us feel very welcomed!!

I was scared going because I was alone, but Dr Hüseyin Karabulut and his team were exceptional in making me feel safe and meeting my needs. As for surgery, Dr made me feel comfortable going in and met my expectations for my new nose! I’m only 2 weeks post op but even with my swelling I can see what my nose will look like after healing and I absolutely love it!! Thank you so very much.

My accommodation in Istanbul was wonderful, and throughout my stay, Dr. Karabulut made sure that I felt safe, informed, and well taken care of. He is genuinely dedicated to his patients, and I can confidently say he is the best doctor I have ever met in my life.

I'm happy with how everything went. When the cast was removed I thought I would hate my nose, because I hate the front view of my table photos. I did ask not to be posted on social media , they posted any way. I did ask for it to be taken down, apparently they refused. I don't like the idea of nosey family and friends watching my life . The most important thing here however, I can breath fine and my nose seems like it's going to be a dream come true finally. I don't have any complaints at all. I do have swelling inside my left nostril, I hope that comes down naturally along with the healing process. There was only one rude nurse that doesn't speak English at the antwell suites. Otherwise, doc seems to know what he's doing. I do feel all the noses are looking the exact same tip shape as one another.

I had a great experience with my rhinoplasty surgery. The service was excellent, and the doctors, nurses, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions and provided amazing care throughout the whole process. Even after I returned home, they continued to check on me, which I really appreciate.
I love my results so far, and I can’t wait to see the final outcome!

I had my ethnic rhinoplasty with Dr. Huseyin in August 2025 and from start to finish, my experience was truly amazing. The entire journey was exciting and smooth, and I felt well taken care of at every step.

Dr. Huseyin is extremely professional, attentive, and understanding. He listened carefully to what I wanted and understood exactly the look I was hoping to achieve. My results are absolutely fantastic — a narrower, more symmetrical nose that still looks natural and perfectly suits my face. There are virtually no visible scars, and I have no issues with breathing, which was very important to me.

I followed all the post-operative instructions provided by the consultant, and the healing process went very smoothly. The post-operative care was excellent — the admin team and nurses were very friendly and supportive throughout. The hotel accommodation was also wonderful; it was a dedicated medical hospitality hotel, so I met other patients who were having similar procedures, and we all got along and shared our experiences. Having 24-hour nurses on site was a huge comfort and made recovery much easier.

If there’s one small area for improvement, it would be communication, as there were minor moments where updates could have been clearer. However, this did not affect my overall experience.

Overall, I am thrilled with my results and extremely happy with the entire process. I would highly recommend Dr. Huseyin and his team in Istanbul to anyone considering ethnic rhinoplasty. My results exceeded my expectations — truly excellent work and a wonderful experience all around!

The best to give you that ethnic rhino at competitive price without it looking unnatural. Just like you were born with it. He immediately understands the assignment.
And the post-surgery care is just top notch with follow-up and tips to guarantee you the best results.
Only one month post surgery as I'm writing this review, but i can i can already tell you it's looking great, even with my stitches, and will be even better in a couple months.

Extremely Talented Doctor and an amazing team beside him ! I travelled all the way from Sydney Australia to Istanbul Turkey for my Rhinoplasty in August and the entire process was extremely smooth and went perfectly! the team organised my hotel stay, transfer to and from the airport, and to and from the hospital clinic and I was very looked after the entire time and felt very safe (I travelled alone). the surgery was a success and my results are absolutely amazing! i am almost 3 months post op and i am healing extremely well with very minimal to almost no scarring at all. I recommend Dr Huseyin to anybody looking to get a rhinoplasty as he has extremely safe procedures, very successful surgeries and an amazing team! I would do it all over again if i could. Thank you so much Again doctor, I am forever grateful to you for how amazing my nose looks now ! and thank you again to your amazing team !

I only wanted a natural nose and got exactly that! I’ve been told that you can’t even tell I got mine done. I truly am so glad I chose Dr. Karabulut!!!! Every other doctor in Turkey gives the same pinched botched noses and I do not want to look like I’m trying to be a white woman! I had a lot of questions and things that I wanted the doctor to do and he listened and did it. So glad I chose him.

Poor aftercare. When I left turkey, basically all my texts got ignored or replied in 10+ days. My nose is extremely crooked. My collumella is leaning to one side. My nose whistles. My nostrils are very ugly and asymmetrical. Rib stitches are very sloppy and ugly. Dr K used to be good at what he does. But now i think its just money money money. Also his staffs changes all the time. Its hard to communicate bcs i have to explain all over again to a different staff. When i point out that my nose is crooked, he brushes me off and gaslight me

I travelled to Istanbul from Canada for rhinoplasty and Dr. Huseyin did not disappoint. He exceeded my expectations and my nose is perfect. His team was wonderful, hospital was wonderful, and the recovery hotel was wonderful also. I think that Dr H is THE BEST for ethnic rhinoplasty. Thank you So much for everything.

On October 4th I had my rhinoplasty done in Istanbul Turkey, with Dr. Huseyin, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience from start to finish, which exceeded my expectations.
Dr. Huseyin is a true artist & professional. He took the time to listen carefully listen to my goals, he explained step by step of the procedure, and gave me what I was not even expecting ( a brand new nose with nose bridge).
The day he removed the bandage off my nose, I literally broke down in tears. My result was beautifully balance and finally suit my face perfectly.
His team of staffs were loving, kind, patients. From the consultation to the post op care they were always available to answer my questions.
I’m now 10 days post op, slowly healing while impress with my results daily. Even my breathing has improved when I don’t even realized I had breathing issue from a surgery I had when I was a kid.
I am thrilled, with my result so for. Even though I have a long way to go.
