I visited the store today with my daughter so she could have a look at the dresses for her upcoming prom. We were provided amazing assistance throughout by a lovely young lady called Ava she was so helpful and kind. We left the shop with a beautiful dress will definitely be back! Thankyou Ava !!

La commande et la réception s'est passée normalement mais j'ai renvoyé l'article a mes frais pour un changement de taille et je n'ai toujours rien reçu 5 mois après! Je pense avoir perdu mon argent et le cadeau que je souhaitais faire à mon épouse.

The product arrived in the date agree and in perfect conditions.
The pijama is very nice and comfortable, really happy with this gift.

Didn’t get my item. No idea why??

Absolutely awful. I never got the package I ordered almost six months ago. Moved got a refund and never got helped about receiving anything at all, will never go near this store again.

Clothes were over priced compared to their cheap quality. I found out I paid 3x more than I should have. I asked for a refund due to change of mind and they said they would if it was returned via tracked post. So I did (facepalm) and the tracking was never confirmed at the destination in China and they have since stopped responding to my emails. Basically a scam.

No stars product never arrived, and now no response to requests for refund. Terrible

Guys, since dec-16 there's no update about my package. I bought dec-7 for my wife for his birthday jan-31. I'm really disappointed. Order is 6308-DB

Me parece fatal que ni siquiera se tenga acceso a la pagina web de donde hemos realizado la compra llevo mas de dos semanas esperando una cosa para mi novia y viendo los comentarios ya tengo miedo de que me hayan estafado 50 euros espero que contesteis a este mensaje que se tenga acceso a la web y que me llegue o el pedido o el dinero porque no me gusta estas cosas y si hace falta recuperar lo que es mio lo recuperare

My opinion review on Dressbae are 5 stars
I chose 5 stars simply because of the pandemic my shipment was delayed however I recieved prompt attention and very professional, kind and trustworthy.So with that I'm so ever greatful and pleased with your service.

When I recieved my package in Bermuda I was in love with my dress wholeheartly.

Ordered a single item for the girlfriend and it marked that the order shipped almost 2 weeks ago and when I go to track the package it says the page not found, then went to the shop app to track it and no location given tried to reach out and no response, definitely a ripoff

I had no problem with my order, and I had fine communication with Dressbaes!
The price and size were just a little hard to figure out.

Several emails sent to try and find out where my order is....not a single reply. Tracked the order, it left one place went to another then returned to the original and all it says is delivery cancelled. It hasn't budged in a week now and dressbaes support will not reply. I've been scammed
Dec 21st, still no reply and obviously my order has not arrived

Jan 15th, still nothing. No reply

Jan 28th, refund received. Consumer support never once replied, only contact through this forum. Terrible service. Shockingly bad

Ordered a top and still no support email, was weeks ago so I emailed again about the shipping date but still haven’t heard back. Feel like I’ve been scammed.

Edit: As of today Dec 19, there is still no update on my order or any reply on my emails. I asked for a refund but until now nothing.

I too have been having issues communicating through email with the company about my order. I recently tried messenger and hope that will work. From what I have read in the comments, it seems that is a better method.
