Terrible experience. Waiting still for withdrawal...
I requested my withdrawal (200£) last Saturday. Something when wrong and they ask for bank statement on Monday...
Now it's Wednesday and no answer, nothing...
I'm amazed

Avoid at all cost, open account deposit won £400, withdrawal took 10 days after 4 emails and hours wasted on live chat, verification docs sent within 24 hours of opening account and account was sitting as verified no reason for the delay and some of the excuses the live chat came out with was embarrassing

Lots of bad reviews but I've had a decent experience and still use them. Withdrawal could be quicker, otherwise I'd give 5 stars

So I joined the site. Took no bonuses nothing just played with money I deposited. Total deposit around 2k. Withdrew 5400. Took 12 days of endless messaging and had already sent all documents over. Constant delays. They then shut my account and refuse to pay winnings. Absolute joke. I have written a formal complaint and expect this to be rectified with my winnings paid I wil then be closing any account with there company.

Really bad site asking for personal documents information before they pay my winnings .Dont use these they are scammers stay well clear . There are plenty of off other gambling sites out there

Hardly any game play, hardly any wins to withdraw and customer service is bad! Very polite but hasn't replyed back with a solution to free spins not awarded. Wouldn't recommend tbh

These guys are so bad its unreal. They hold withdrawels and do not contact you. Once you get in contact with them it takes them days to tell you what they want. Even when you give them the documents and its been a week you have to chase them multiple times and then they request more documents! They then ghost you again. Its like they are doing everything they can to withhold money. Its so poor and how they get away with it is beyond me.

Waste of time even trying to get a daily bonus as the bonus includes spending £20 or £30 deposits first.. ent no such thing as a freebie or treat with this site.. quick to take money but have never had a reward.. even when I've deposited £20 I didn't get the reward, still waiting lol

Based on my experience, Dream Vegas is a deeply frustrating and poorly handled platform. My account was locked without any prior notice, and I was given no clear or timely explanation for what was happening. Being suddenly unable to access your own account or funds is unacceptable on any service, especially one involving real money.

Customer support was slow and ineffective. Responses, when they arrived, were vague and repetitive, offering no meaningful clarity or resolution. There was no transparent process, no clear timeline, and no sense that my issue was being treated seriously.

The overall experience gave the impression of a system that works smoothly only when deposits are being made, but becomes difficult and obstructive once questions are raised or access is restricted. Whether intentional or not, this creates a very poor level of trust for players.

Policies may exist, but they are not communicated clearly, and the lack of straightforward explanations leaves customers feeling ignored and powerless. This is not the level of service anyone should expect from a licensed online casino.

In summary, my experience with Dream Vegas has been stressful, disappointing, and confidence-destroying. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using this site.

So the website is great. The features, the games and live support are top. Now the withdrawals oh lord terrible. If I get my money this week I’ll change to 5 star. I won a large sum of money a few days ago. My account was all verified prior but yet they tell me my bank rejected my payment and I need to send a bank statement which I’ve done and had no response. I’m giving them another day and then I’ll have to take action, no other site I’ve used has ever had these issues. I wish I’d seen these reviews prior … still holding out hope

** Update, so finally got the payment after a lot of messing around. Took about a week but they do pay just slowly. The customer service live chat is a great help. I’ve given it 3 stars as withdrawals are a nightmare but everything else is 5 star

please don't use after I'd check and address verification they let you play then when you withdraw , they refuse to pay saying need payslip , bank statement so disgusting .please stay away.

Please think twice before you spend your hard earned money! I REALLY wish I had read the reviews on here before I did.... I opened my account, completed the ID check, played, lost then won. Decided to withdraw, and then as soon as this happened they want everything. I have provided, 2 x utility bills, front and back ID, then they want a selfie with you holding the ID, then they wanted bank statements. This showing the payments coming from my bank account to theirs.

Now under the gambling commission rulings it states they are not allowed to withhold a withdrawal when they were able to check ID prior. Which I add ID had been received.
It also states unless they suspect money laundering then they should not be asking for ID photos as a selfie.

I have contacted support so many times. Emailed support. Contacted accounts and still it is showing as 'in review'.

The stress is unreal!

Such a shame as the website is great. Good choice of games and could've been great. But the bitter taste this has left is awful.

I will of course rectify this review if the funds are correctly paid to my account as I'm legally entitled to. I played with this company in good faith.
If this matter is not dealt with by tomorrow then I will be raising it with the regulatory body to review their license. And action it with IBAS.

I wait in anticipation that this gets resolved.

Hopefully will update on the 8th November with some positive feedback!

***Edit- still no payment. Apparently it has been marked as urgent, complaints team notified. Next will be the gambling commission and IBAS.

Updated 9/11. - after a long few days the withdrawal has finally been paid. Never known so much faff! But there you have it... Make careful choices people

As has already been stated, they will hold onto your money and refuse to answer why it's taking so long.
