I currently work for a team of scam trackers. We have looked into dream Vegas for some time now after many complaints from customers we decided to look into this company.
Many customers have complained of withdrawal issues alongside live chat when any issue is brought up.

We tested these issues and here are our findings:
1. Live chat: if you try to talk to a live chat.. It is a bot not a real person the system is designed to pick out words and respond to that.
Sometimes the bot will completely cut the chat and/or not let the customer respond.
2. The withdrawal system is based on a wager, the company will promise a free deposited bonus if you play, however you will never meet the requirements for the wager (so they say in live chat)
3.the ID system will not approve one of the 2 documents you need to make a withdrawal.
In our opinion this is a way of keeping funds and hoping you will give up on any withdrawal you have made.

To finish off my team has tryed many accounts and many ways of testing this.

Please customers go with a reputable company and do not fall for any bonus that websites may offer.

This company will not ever pay you your withdrawal.. They will constantly cut you off from live chat and not send it when you ask

Scam company.
They will take you deposit and when you withdraw they will make excuses to not pay you..
Do not go here

I had a really good experience on Dreamvegas. Deposited £20 - withdrew £70 / in my bank following day.

excluded me for 5 years stating that I'm spending to much money and worried about my affordability from only playing one game and winning 1500 pounds, just seems like poor excuse and unnecessary action, wouldn't recommend.

Absolutely disgusted what a shower ,lost a fortune then won a 1/4 of my winnings ,24+hrs later no money transfered ,you wanna gamble all your money away and win nothing at all,perfect site ..No bonuses ,zero big payout, and when you do win its under review..And then you get asked for bank statements which is pointless as they've got not intentions of paying you ...How would they feel if you decided that the money you lost was under review ,worst site hands down take take take ...Avoid Avoid Avoid. They are so scammy that you can't even self exclude, once you try to self exclude the page just stays black, a scammy tactic they use to keep u going on the site.
Unfortunately i did not get to withdraw so i dont no what the withdrawal process is like, i suspect just like other foreign sites to the UK, very scammy withdrawal process.
UK players especially please avoid this site and company. Shocking site, doesn't pay and games are laggy.

No problems with this company, fantastic games and withdrawals come straight away. If your using bonus funds then do not bet over 5 pounds else you will lose your winnings. Always read TCs.

Honestly can’t understand these bad reviews! I won 850 last night and withdrew it, and the money was in my back half hour ago! The chat team are polite and friendly and answer any questions that you have in a prompt manner! I uploaded my ID documents when I signed up which was quick and painless! And was offered a really good bonus as well! Great site!

When I win I get paid immediately, when I lose it doesn't matter, cannot understand why so many poor reviews. I am just an ordinary punter

Do not use this site I didn't get the sign up bonus has been well over a week and haven't heard anything back and live chat said its still be reviewed.

had a few failed deposits and didnt think much about it then the last 2 failed deposits i noticed had been taken from my account dream vegas insisted they never got the money through but my bank and online bank account showed it had
dont know how much they took and didnt credit me but BEWARE i wouldnt risk playing at this site when they do this sort of thing

Covered 4 numbers on 100-1 roulette numbers 20,21,22,23 these were the numbers it produced 24 24 24 19 24 then next door to 20 and 21
Changed bet to to just 2 numbers 24 and 19 it produced 21,22 then 23.
And that's RANDOM.
TOTAL FRAUD they should be locked up DISGRACEFUL!!

Looks like you can never get a bonus there. Bet like £200 on one game and no bonus. I could take at least one bonus for sure on another platform, the app is very slow and laggy. Do not try this website.

Deposited £120 in 6 £20 deposits and on the last deposit they locked me out of account I contacted them through live chat and that seemed dodgy , trying to get back on it to at least get my last deposit back through a withdrawal but got to wait for emails back and forth
