Purchased electric blanket incorrectly ordered 2 returned one back in November 2025 still waiting for refund. Customer Service non existent they don’t pick up phones or reply to emails.

Excellent customer service. Item arrived quickly but sadly was not suitable, However I was able to return it without hassle for a refund.

I absolutely love my Snuggle Up Electric Warming Throw from Dreamland. It’s a really efficient way to quickly warm up and get cosy. I was therefore very disappointed when the blanket stopped working the other week. I reached out to Dreamland Customer service following this and was put in touch with Alessia who was great. She responded quickly and clearly, explaining what was causing the fault and provided a solution to fix my issue. Now I’m able to continue being warm and cosy, all thanks to Dreamland!

After having to return a faulty heated throw, which I was refunded for I saw that the original heated throw I have (which works, Alaskan husky) was on offer at another company. I ordered it only to find that the controller on that is completely dead!!! What’s going on with the heated throws atm? Really disappointed as my original one is so good???

It took a bit of time to get it sorted but I want to thank Alessia for her help sorting our problem and sorting our problem for us.

My last Dreamland Underblanket lasted almost 20 years, hence a new one had to be Dreamland too - I ve got Hunker Down Scandi Sherpa Underblanket - King size, Dual Controlled. Last one was also dual control, and labeled a king size but somewhat smaller than the size of my mattress. This one actually covers the whole mattress; every effort is taken, with the latest technology, to accommodate safety of its use, obviously always adhering to manufacturers guidelines which are very clear and extensive. All instructions are easy to follow.

I kept all my expectation of its first time use at a reasonable level. Once I switched it on, set it on heat 6 for 5 minutes, and soon afterwards it was pretty warm indeed I have various health issues, a muscle disability and difficulty falling asleep due to my pain … but after using this Underblanket, it gave me such warm, comfortable feeling… and I fall asleep within half an hour. I use mine to warm up, during the time I sit in bed and read, and not using it for overnight at present. With cost of heating going up all the time using an electric blanket is a bliss, hardly any cost to run. It is reliable heat and consistent warmth evenly, and comfort throughout its use. It is a perfect combination of functionality, immense comfort, and affordability. I highly recommend it!

I ordered a throw in September, which unfortunately developed a fault in January. I contacted Dreamland via email as I couldn't get through on the phone but the speed of contacting me regarding a replacement has been excellent. They straight away sent a DPD thing for the replacement (which due to my personal life was delayed until yesterday around 4.20pm for completing). This morning, they confirmed that the original throw I ordered was out of stock but offered me a replacement (different colour but overall same throw) and I've already had the email confirming they're sending it out. The blankets are fantastic (I work from home so use them to save heating entire house) and the team have been great to deal with (Shout out to Alessia B). This is actually my second throw from Dreamland with the original one I purchased in January 2023 still going strong!

Super electric blanket - heats up really quickly. Very soft and comfy too with easy-to-use controls and a timer. Delivery was quick to my chosen store with no problems. Very pleased.

Initially contacted Dreamland about a problem with our warming throw as I was unsure about any possible costs of having it tested/repaired following an overheating indication. However I was assured that as it was still under warranty (2 years) all I needed to do was to cover the costs of returning it and it would be replaced under warranty. The actual returns process was extremely fast with the replacement being shipped by next-day delivery the same day as the return was received.

Of note is that after my initial contact, I was slow to respond to their response so they followed up to make sure I was either satisfied or had further questions.

I recommend other companies take a lesson from Dreamland's proactive customer service team rather than the usual default of shutting down or not responding at all to customer queries.

Amazing heated blanket. Saving us on winter time

My first review about this was removed for some reason, so I’ll try again. I bought a throw from this company that failed before the two year guarantee had finished. After weeks of messages back and forward they eventually replaced it as per their guarantee. Less than three months later the replacement throw also failed and they refused to replace it because it was more than two years since I bought the original throw. It seems very bad customer service to me to enforce the letter rather than the spirit of the guarantee in these circumstances. I have at least two other heated throws from other companies which have lasted much, much longer. In my opinion it wasn’t worth paying the higher price for a Dreamland throw as the products just do not last. A lot of the positive reviews on here are from people who are happy with their NEW product, but my experience of Dreamland products is very poor and I won’t be buying them again. I just do not think they last for a satisfactory amount of time.

Edit: In response to the comments from Dreamland, I clearly know how to use an electric throw as I have several others from other companies that have lasted far longer.

Hairdryer wasn't quite what I wanted but I was able to return it easily without any hassle and quickly received a refund. Good company to deal with.

Fantastic!! I had an issue with one of my throws and Alessia from customer service was excellent!! Great service!!! I also love all the throws. I only buy my throws from here and I have the mattress heater which is so good when I get into bed. Highly Recommend!!

Have had several of the heated throws for family, and over the winter they have been great, also the customer service was 2nd to none with a faulty item that I had,

I really liked the blanket but it developed a fault, initially I was offered a refund but I said that I would prefer a replacement, return was easy and replacement sent. Would have been 5 stars had they agreed the replacement on first contact.

The throw I ordered was not suitable for us but Dreamland were so great with the return and arranged a refund really quickly.

I had a problem with my electric throw.

I was one of the fortunate elderly customers of Octopus Energy, who received a "Complimentary" full sized DreamLand Over Blanket during the winter of 2024/5.

I had a problem after a year and contacted DreamLand who immediately took action to see I was fully satisfied. I was overwhelmed with the high level of Customer Care I received from DreamLand who kindly requested Octopus Energy to replace my Blanket with a new one.

You will understand my delight when I promptly received my new blanket by Royal Mail Parcels, this week, during a typical cold spell. I just never expected such a high level of customer service from DreamLand.

Our daughter purchased a heated throw for her dad for Christmas, it worked for a while and then suddenly stopped working. I contacted Dreamland customer services who were very understanding and wanted to help from our first contact.
The step by step procedures to obtain a replacement were explained clearly and a positive outcome was achieved with an exception being made as our daughter had misplaced the receipt we couldn’t provide proof of purchase. Thanks again for your kind prompt and professional service. He can’t wait to use his new throw.
