I’ve genuinely never had an easier…
I’ve genuinely never had an easier maintenance. Before using these I was basically ripping out half of my hair but yesterday when I took them out I know I lost the correct amount as well as not having to comb out mass amounts of residue afterwards because there just wasn’t any to comb out. Hands down my new holy grail

I have sent 3 emails with no response…
I have sent 3 emails with no response regarding 2 purchases one which I didn’t need as I thought it hadn’t gone through so reordered paid 2 lots of postage when you sent in 1 package and you had cheek to send me email today stating the brush is now half pric only wonted 1 which now cost me £50

After reviewing your order, I understand that you accidentally placed two orders, which we shipped together in one package to reduce waste and be more environmentally friendly. I regret if this caused confusion or frustration.
Regarding your emails, I discovered that two of your enquirys was sent via the submission form typically used for stockist requests and one email that was found in the spam folder. The submission forms are routed to a separate folder that is checked weekly, as I manage all emails, orders, and run the salon entirely on my own. During especially busy times like the Black Friday weekend, this process can lead to delays, and I sincerely apologize for missing your messages.
To make things right, I’ve refunded you for the second item so you can keep the accidental order on us, even though the issue wasn’t on our end. I hope this demonstrates how much I value your custom and aim to provide the best service possible.
As for the email about the Black Friday offer, it was an automated campaign sent to all our customers and wasn’t tied to your specific purchase. I completely understand how this might feel frustrating, and I apologize for any upset it caused.

I have recently started using the Dream…
I have recently started using the Dream Hair Shampoo, Conditioner & Glaze Mask....And I don't think I can ever go back!
1. The shampoo lathers up so nicely- and I barely need to use any (and having hair extensions thats unheard of)
2. The conditioner again - a little goes a long way and feels lovely and easily detangles my naturally curly hair.
3. Glaze Mask - Brought my dull dry hair back to life after 2 weeks in the sunshine & swimming pools.
And to top it all of it smells incredible and the scent actually stays for days after I wash my hair. Even my husband commented how nice my hair smelled.
a game changer! and I cannot recommend enough!

Nat is literally a miracle worker
Nat is literally a miracle worker, coming from damaged bleached hair I knew I needed to start a REALISTIC hair journey and Nat has made that possible.
The introduction of this brush has just been incredible, less hair loss and surprisingly so much coverage on my hair and hair extensions!
I couldn’t recommend Nat and the product more, thank you 💗

AMAZING
I went to dream hair to have my weft and nanos fitted, Natalie was so lovely, welcoming, kind and funny which made me feel at ease at my appointment as there was no first time awkwardness, at the end of my appointment I got one of the dream hair brushes for free which I thought was a lovely added touch, the brush is phenomenal!!!! I barely get any breakage when brushing because the bristles are soft and cause not a lot of friction to my broken damaged hair!! I could never go back to a normal tangle teaser/ hair brush, what an amazing product you have made!!!

The hair brush of dreams in the best hair brush around and is now the only hair brush my daughter will use it doesn’t pull her hair and just goes through so smoothly removing all the knots
