I ordered a custom painting, and with barely a third completed, I was already running out of diamonds.

I immediately realized that there weren’t enough of any of the colors.

Customer Support has not given me a satisfactory solution.

When I had an issue with the other major diamond painting company, they responded and resolved it immediately.

I don’t recommend buying here; I will upload a full video soon on my YouTube channel.

Great service, very good product also had very good Black Friday sale deals.

Buying from Dreamer Designs is never a disappointment. Quality of the canvas and drills are good and the rendering is as well.

I love my Dreamer Designs. I never done square it turn out nice.
Only thing which I am sure you would help me out. Was that I ran out of one color. I was able to replace it another dark red. There were a few that were stuck together.

I had an issue with some of my diamonds sticking together. Send a email and got a response quickly. Explained to me how to correct the problem.

I used to deal with another company who sold diamond paintings but I got out of it. They had too many cartoon-like paintings. I want to work on something that is beautiful and Dreamer Designs never fails. I have been with them for a while and they definitely have a forever customer.

What is imprtant to me and my experience great is the quality of the drills and how well the fit on the canvas . I know there are going to be some gaps but with the improvement they have made with the drills are great love the canvas nice and soft my only complaint for me is the size they are so big makes it difficult to work on that’s just my opinion

I ordered Dreamers pillows. It took weeks before they arrived. They smelled awful, very hard and small size so I contacted the company for refund, but sending the items back to China didn't make sense, so I agreed to keep the pillows and they would send me upgraded pillows at no charge. This was three months ago. No pillows and no response to my emails.

I was going to place an order, once I got to shipping it says pay 1.50 for shipping protection, if you opt out they are not liable if it gets lost? Definitely not a company I want to shop at. Penny pitching anything . I will continue to shop at Diamond art club. More expensive but well worth it.

Ordered a custom got two square sections in and ran out diamonds and still no replacements have been sent to me
For price pay they should come with enough diamonds never again will I order from this company this is ridiculous so much for Xmas gift
