ABSOLUTE SCAM. I feel so stupid that I didn’t check the reviews here first, I am literally going through the exact same issues. Terrible quality, zero arch support, it’s what you would get from Temu. I posted it back to New Zealand ($21 AUD!) and they refuse to refund me because apparently they can’t find my parcel despite proof of delivery. So angry and have complained to my bank. I should have known better.

If you've got proof of delivery for your return, there's no reason you should still be waiting on a refund, and I don't want you left out of pocket for the $21 postage on top of it. Please email me directly at support@drarchs.com with your order number and the delivery confirmation, and I'll personally make sure this is sorted this week not "when the parcel turns up." I also want to look into the quality issue you raised; that's not the standard I want going out under our name. Genuinely sorry it's come to this.

There is viral advertisement on Face Book and Youtube. This is total scam! I strongly believe google needs to get sued for people bought this product.
It is not "Australia owned business" but advertised as it is.
The return location is in New Zealand.
My refund is still on the process when I paid 30 AUD to just send it back to New Zealand.
If I could give zero stars, I would.
It is total scam please don't buy.
I am not allowed to write the review. No one can write the review in Actual website. All the reviews are scam like their ads by professional actors who acts like patients or health care workers!

Hi Seonghee, I can hear how frustrated you are, and reporting this to the ACCC isn't something anyone does lightly. I'd love to sort this properly than leave it in the air. Your refund shouldn't still be "in process" after you've already paid to send the item back, that's completely our fault. Could you email your order number to support@drarchs.com? I'll personally track it down and get it closed out. On the reviews, I can't speak to what you've seen elsewhere, but every review on this page is a real customer, including yours, and I'd rather earn better ones than manage the bad ones away.

Ordered size 41, far too small, poor quality and they request the item to be returned at my cost from the UK to New Zealand or an in store credit only. Do not recommend, complete scam.

Absolutely total crap
Absolutely total crap, straight from China, really bad quality, the ones from Kmart are much better. Really disappointed as I thought they would be great. It took ages to get them and they were $60.00 per pair, not worth $10 a pair... don't buy them

You shouldn't have needed a chargeback to get your money back. If you paid to ship this to NZ and still haven't been refunded, that refund is owed to you, full stop. I'm sorry it got to the point of reporting us to Facebook, which tells me our support team let this drag on far longer than it should have. Cheap Chinese crap
Cheap Chinese crap. Stay clear of Dr Arches they are scammers. Mine arrived today in a chinese plastic bag in a dull grey colour and plastic sole glued to a cork bit. No support in the arches. Was hard to find any reviews which should have been a red flag. Found this site too late. I’ll take my loss on the chin and hopefully learn from it in future.

Terrible quality SCAM
I really wish I read these reviews before I bought these sandals. Its a total SCAM! Its arrived in the grey packaging you get from well know chineese online stores and the quality is TERRIBLE and thats being nice. I haven't tried to get a refund yet but like others im sure they will make an excuse not to refund the ite for me. Really disappointed I cant afford to waste £38 like this plus I needed it for a health reason. So disappointed but if I can save someone else being scammed its worth it.

The item arrived within two weeks
The item arrived within two weeks, which was a good start. Unfortunately, the quality was far below my expectations. It felt flimsy, cheap, and did not provide the comfort advertised. Instead, it was very bouncy and unstable to walk on.
Customer service was helpful at first and assisted with the return, but buyers should know that return postage is at their own expense. I paid around $30 for the item and another $19 to return it to New Zealand.
The biggest disappointment was the refund process. It took over eight weeks and several follow-up emails before I finally received my refund.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from Dr. Arch. The product quality was poor, and the lengthy refund process overshadowed the initially helpful customer service. Customer support also appears to be based overseas, which may have contributed to the delays.

Don't use Dr Archs! Buy Archies Footwear instead!
They are not an Australian Company as stated, they are in NZ. They do not ship from Australia as stated, they were shipped from China. After the transaction went through it was a private PayPal account the money was sent to.
My experience was they sent 1 pair of slides wrong size. Their error not mine. They wanted me to ship back to NZ at my cost. Customer service was not customer service. They drag it out for as long as possible. Requesting more info with every email. Then tell you at the end send them back but don't inform you they are making you pay.
Save your money and go and buy Archies Footwear instead!

Before I ordered, I checked their website FAQs to check they did refunds. FAQ advises that postage is free for Aust, NZ returns, but NOT that they only return address is in New Zealand. TOok at least a month to arrive as was sent from China, via some address in the UK. Quality is terrible, sizing is inaccurate and they are cheap crappy pound store items. I tried to initiate a refund, only to be told I had to send them back to New Zealand (when the address label has an address in UK). Apparently they want to inspect the shoes before they refund. Nevermind that postage to NZ will cost as much as the shoes. Constant back and forth, terrible customer service, with them bizarrely offering to send another pair of shoes (why???) instead of refunding, or offering a 25% refund on another pair.
It’s only once you delve into their website further that you find the information about having to send returns to New Zealand. IF you have any kind of foot injury, these are going to do nothing to help it.
COMPLETE SCAMMERS. DO NOT BUY

The FAQ not being upfront about the return address is a fair criticism, and offering you another pair or a 25% refund after you'd already been let down once wasn't the right response. You should have been offered your money back, plainly. I'm sorry, especially since you were hoping this would help with a foot injury. Please email support@drarchs.com with your order number and ask for me directly, I'll get you a full refund without the runaround, and I'm fixing the FAQ so the next person isn't caught out the same way.

Very poor company to deal with
Very poor company to deal with. Ordered these ready for a trip a week later no item. They could not give me a tracking number. Emailed several times advised due to the nature purchase from elsewhere. Once done this they said they will refund me once they locate item. 4 weeks later no response and no refund. Avoid as you won’t get the item you want
