Fraud Scam Alert!

I placed an order with Dracoslides.com and immediately regretted it, I have not recieved an order number, tracking number, email confirmation, and am recieving multiple email virus error response messages regarding my purchase. Not only is this unethicle and unprofessional, it is appualing coming from a reputable (so called company) clearly I am not the only one experiencing this issue and it needs to be stopped before it goes to far and anyone else either looses or chances their hard earned money. as expensive as these slippers are this is just sad. I am not sure who is representing the company as spokesperson for these issues. but for their to be this many complaints here about the same issues is staggering and I will make sure I go on a full blown rant campaign to get them cancelled. I literally have no way to contact them no tracking or anything, but my funds went through without a hitch, I smell something foul in the air and I will make sure everyone knows it, I have a background working with the fraud department at a major bank and lets just say, I am putting them on alert.

I don’t know where my package is I’m very scared that I got scammed and I don’t know how to get in contact with anyone I’m very disappointed in this because I spent 200$ on 2 pair of slides just for it not to come through I’m hoping and praying I get it by the 20th it told me 3-5 business day but yet I’m on day number 9 and my package is stuck in Orlando Florida this is js sad🤦🏾‍♀️.

Placed order for a present

Placed order for a present. For two weeks no movement. Day after they said they would check into it finally got movement in tracker. Told them I wanted to return and get full refund. Said since it was mystery order they could not. Also they said shipping company to blame for delay. Seems suspicious that no movement until I got ahold of someone to finally look into it. I suspect that it was not shipped but label was created. Giving them time to fill order. Definitely poor service from Draco slides. Seems a lot of similar complaints about exact same thing. Integrity is a must for a company to earn business.

Update. Still no delivery, still no refund! Company AI only response. Now AI states no refund if shipped. Something is not right with this company. Shipppng delays are their responsibility. They can’t just pass the buck.

Still nothing delivered only AI responding. Hopefully my credit card company can get my money back from them.

Still nothing. Noticed all these responses are regurgitated of what the reviewer is saying. Mine was supposed to be express shipping 1-5 business days. I actually got a response from a Draco person who says they can’t be responsible for their shipper. Yes you are responsible for your shipper. That’s called doing business ethically. Don’t pass the buck and take responsibility.
Update I never received package but they have given me a refund.

Im pretty sure this is a scam site. Save your money!!!!

Placed my order on Nov.20th for express shipping, on the 26th I received a tracking number but there has been NO movement since then. I have sent multiple emails and all I get back is "I'll escalate this" but its an AI generated message. I've been told to contact again if no movement in 3-5 days and that was 7days ago. Emailed back and NOTHING!! I have even tried emailing the shipping company and nothing.

All seems very sketchy now. Pretty sure its a scam. Which sucks, my son REALLY wanted a pair for Christmas.

Ordered $350 worth of slides and pants…

Ordered $350 worth of slides and pants on November 26th. Said label was created November 29th. I had express shipping. Shipping still says label created. Emailed Draco multiple times and nothing is being done. This is crazy this was my sons Christmas gift and I don’t even know if he will get it because this company doesn’t reply that then sending AI generated messages !!

Fraudulent company

Fraudulent company, lack of customer support, DONT BUY!!! Package been sitting in florida for weeks when it said will deliver in 3-5 days with express shipping. I ordered buy 1 get 1 free and was scammed

I ordered buy 1 get 1 free slides($132.00) When I received my package it only contained 1 pair. After contacting the company with detailed information about my order and what was missing I received an email from Vaille Medrano stating that they were sorry that I "believed" something was missing from my order and to send photos and details about what was missing.
I replied with another email stating all the information including the order number that was already on the original email and a screen shot of what I received and what was missing. No response. I then looked into the false 90 day money back guarantee and free returns which is stated on the website. There is no 90 day money back guarantee and you need to select free returns when you are purchasing apparently. Unfortunately this is an unreliable company trying to scam people. I will be contacting the bbb and returning my order.

Wrong item sent

I ordered a pair of slides and received them two day late. Annoying but not a deal breaker. However upon receiving the order i realized that the wrong item was shipped. I let them know of the problem and was told to send a picture, which I did. That was over a week ago and I have not heard a word back. Mr or Ms Vaille medrano has not answered an email. It’s disturbing how unprofessional this business is. Also please tell me why there is no phone number to reach them ?

Beware of the "mystery slides"

I ordered from Draco Slides during a Buy One, Get One Half Off promotion, expecting delivery in five days. The order arrived nearly two weeks late, and to make things worse, one pair of slides appeared used, shipped unwrapped in a worn bag, completely unlike the other pair which was new and sealed. When I tried to return them, their system rejected my request, even though their website advertises free returns and exchanges. Customer service then told me the order was “final sale” and refused to help. This was incredibly frustrating and felt dishonest — late shipping is one thing, but sending used merchandise and refusing a return is unacceptable.

It’s been a month since i ordered a…

It’s been a month since i ordered a 166$ order of two pairs of slides with express shipping, i keep sending emails to them some of them are answered but only by ai. This is the worst experience i’ve had with ordering online, i don’t know if i got scammed but it seems like it. It’s ridiculous. I get updates every 10 days with the tracking and that’s it. ITS BEEN A MONTH!

The site legit after all

Paid for express shipping (1-5 days) which was a extra $20 but still took over a month to recive the slides, on top of that, the tracking number they send u is fake and will give updates on randoms peoples slides, also if your living in canada like me, i dont recommend buying the slides, not only did i have to pay $170 cad for the slides, when the slides arrived, they made me pay $70 at the post office to be able to actually get the slides in my hands, honestly they do have pretty decent quailty and feel great but would i buy another pair? HELL NOOO,

Very poor quality product

Very poor quality product. They only have a 30 day return policy. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE telephone number. Wasted $112.00, the slides broke after less than 60 days.

Orders slides on June 13, 2025 - they arrived about 10 days later. My 15 year old only worn them maybe 4 times and the strap broke.

I got scammed man

I got scammed man, i trusted this site and read reviews and i thought they were legit. I never even got the order number or anything, their is no number in their website either. Man, all the reviews are bots, be careful out there. They will even send a confirmation for the purchase via text but still nothing. Couple of emails here and there but still, thank goodness I purchased with my Credit, i am about to call them and get my money back.

Dracoslides is a legitimate company with quality slides I wear on the daily. It’s unfortunate that deliveries from them were delayed due to the Canada Post strike, and as one who was affected by it, Dracoslides offered excellent customer service and support at the time; and when I finally got my slides, they gave me a discount code for my next purchase.
