This team is amazing. Honestly, amazing.

I visited Dr. Mfo in October 2025. I wanted quite a few procedures done for my facial feminization.

After speaking to the doctor, I reduced these surgeries to three: forehead contouring, jaw reduction, and chin reduction. He was open and honest enough to let me know that one of the procedures I wanted would have created the need for another revision surgery, and one of the surgeries would have done nothing at all for me. I love this because there are some people who would have just taken as much money as they could from a client, but we spoke about all the facts.

In my initial conversation, we discussed all possible outcomes—from the worst to the best—and what we could do, as well as how we could aid in the best healing. This was amazing. I felt like we had covered absolutely everything.

This made me feel safe in a country I had never been to before and while having surgery in a hospital where I couldn’t speak the language.

And his team are amazing. I was introduced to all of them early on.
When you book with Dr. Mfo, you get a nurse, a masseuse, a driver, and a chef, depending on the work you are having done. They contact you every day to check in on you. This is an experie nce I have never had before. Ayşe, Emre, Yasmin, Nur, and Dennis were part of the team I had the pleasure of meeting, and they are the most caring and friendly people I know.

Yes, I read some reviews, but I also know how people can be in certain situations. I can honestly say that in my time of being there for just over two weeks, I met five other patients who have been there multiple times and recommended others to go there, just because of how they were treated.

At first, I was planning to have only breast augmentation surgery, but I also decided to do ear surgery and labiaplasty. I’m very happy with all three results! After just 9 days, everything looks very natural and the healing process has been smooth and painless for me.

I first went to dr MFO in dec 2024 for vocal feminisation surgery I can say the staff in the clinic are genuinely lovely at the time.

He was ment to off stitched my vocal chords to a max of 41% but as time went on I felt like I don’t sound any different yes there was a slight change but nothing feminine what so ever. £3,500 I paid for this overall not happy.

Moving forward I went back why I don’t know maybe is was I didn’t know any different to have FFS I asked for a slim nose and smaller he made it smaller but slimmer ITS NOT although I do like my nose it still was not what I asked for.

I asked for lip lift but changed my mind due to my budget I was informed this would look better if I had it. I informed MFO that it’s on you if you do it. They then wanted to charge me for it even tho they knew I didn’t have the budget to cover it

It looks like he only did one side of my face when replaced fat to give my face a more feminine shape

and to get rid of the droopy bit at side of mouth he said he would do a cheek lift he hasn’t but swears he has but the effect did take overall apprantly heavy skin lol and he did not follow the industry standard for that operation I paid a total of £9,500 I paid for my FFS and feel totally let down and still look no different from before.

Aftercare.
Well. When I was there in dec 24 I was there for two weeks after voice surgery. NOT once did a member of his team visit me in the hotel was left to fend for myself (was there alone) only time I seen anyone was when I had to go to the clinic for whatever reason.

For my June visit now “apparently” I had major facial surgery again was there for two weeks again no one came to visit at hotel and it wasn’t until I mentioned it I started to get a couple of visits. The facial massarges was only once a week and you would have thought this would have been done Dailey due to the type of operations I thought I had.

Total of £13,000 I paid this man and for what other than my new nose I have nothing to show for it. I do genuinely believe if I’d have read the reviews on here first I would never of gone to him twice.

Before leaving the clinic they coheres you into doing 5star reviews.

When you question procedures now I research the procedures so I know exactly what it should be what effects it may have on me. And when you don’t see what you know should be there you question it they just try and say give it time give it time they start banging on about how many years experience

he has he wants to do his operations they way he wants not what you want. I had my so called procedure checked over by 3 other surgeons and they all agreed I have been ripped off by this man.

And how do they lure you in
They tell you “we’ve given you a discount on the normal price” to make you think you’re getting a good deal this should have been a massive red flag to start with.

Only good thing to come out of it is he must have done something as now my Face ID doesn’t work on my phone

I had my surgery with Dr. MFO in February 2025, and the experience has left me with regret and pain. I trusted him with multiple procedures, and instead of feeling whole, I was left uneven, too tight, and disappointed. My cheeklift came out uneven, the temple lift was pulled so tight it actually pushed my hairline back farther instead of lowering or rounding it like he promised, and the jaw shave was uneven and careless. The brow bone shave left me with a visible dent on one side, and the hairline work was never done. On top of that, the hair transplant I received was botched and only made things worse. The only thing that turned out okay was the upper eyelid surgery, but that doesn’t outweigh the rest of the damage.
From my experience, it feels like he gives better results to patients he feels fit his aesthetic or those with large social media followings. With me, I felt like just another payment. His team was friendly before I paid, but once the surgery was over, their compassion disappeared. They grew impatient and even pressured me to write a review immediately afterward, which didn’t make sense because the results hadn’t even settled yet. That showed me they cared more about boosting their image online than about my healing.He heavily markets to the LGBTQ community, but the truth is it feels like he preys on us. They pressure you to rush into getting a surgery, even warning that prices will go up if you don’t lock in quickly. While I was given proper medication to help with swelling, it didn’t change the fact that the overall results were disappointing and left me feeling damaged and unheard. Every time I raised concerns, his answer was just, “let time go by, you’re still healing,” but deep down I know — and I believe he knows that he messed me up.It’s now been several months since the procedures, and nothing has improved to the point where I feel comfortable. I was treated with slight care, but not compassion and that makes all the difference. I cannot recommend Dr. MFO. He may deliver good results to people he feels fit his aesthetic, but for others like me, the experience feels like exploitation.

Dr MFO clearly buys fake reviews. For example the latest positive review from Nick is totally fake as seen from his history. Dr MFO tries to delete my review and has done that to others that have tried to say the thruth. Dr MFO destroyed my face and now I will have to live with the consequences for the rest of my life.

Ich bin wirklich unglaublich dankbar und begeistert von diesem Arzt, weil er mein Leben auf eine ganz besondere Weise verändert hat. This doctor BOTCHED me. I had trans facial feminization surgery in May (specifically, getting a brow lift and brow reduction) now I have hole in my forehead that needs revision. I have paid for many specialists and have gone to emergency rooms several times due to this issue. I really was hoping I could have had a good experience but unfortunately I cannot recommend this surgeon.

I've had Type 3 Brow Contouring, rhinoplasy and FUE hair transplant as part of an FFS approach with Dr MFO and his team in Antalya, and I couldn't be happier with everything. The results are very natural looking, the team was incredible, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and at ease.

My in-person consultation with Dr MFO before the surgery was also excellent, we went through every single detail of the procedure, the expected results, recovery. I felt really heard through my questions and we talked at length through every detail, which was incredibly reassuring.

The entire experience was absolutely incredible, from the lymphatic massage, the constant contact with the team, all of the transport from airport and hotel to the clinic. Everyone was incredibly nice and supportive and treated me like family.

And the result of the FFS is life changing, in the very best way. I couldn't be happier with the result of the FFS.

I very highly recommend Dr MFO and his staff.

Me and my friend who are DOCTORS went to his clinic for cat eye, temporal lift and cheek lift. I wanted a more symmetrical brow bone so he suggested brow bone reduction. What we have been left with is a very asymmetrical BOTCHED result, more asymmetrical than before. He’s flattened my brow bone so much it looks abnormal. The “cat eye” is very drag queen-eque the temporal lift has left my forehead muscles in permanent hypertonia which is causing daily headaches and a constant surprised look.Had to get Botox to relieve that but it’s still not completely better. The balance of my face is gone. Terrible results, he’s very very very aggressive and does a one size fits all approach doesn’t listen to your expectations and doesn’t care about what you think of the results.
Cosmetic surgeons here in the UK have also suggested this is not a good job.
When we raised our concerns I was blamed saying “you need to seek professional help, see a psychologist” and that “he’s happy with the results” mind you I never needed psychological help before. Finally he suggested we release the sutures because we weren’t happy, what a bloody mess and gas lighting.
Would not recommend to anyone. His “success” stories are mediocre at best and there aren’t many.

I’ve taken a lot of time to reflect before posting this. Now I’m ready to share my honest opinion without fearing the gaslighting I’ve received before. This is my experience, supported by my partner and others who agree with me.

Overall: very mediocre, and the process left me with PTSD. I’m not writing this for a response from the team—I know what kind of “damage control” they send. This is for anyone spending their life savings and deserves transparency. More so, the trans community.

Hair Transplant – 4/10
Agreed on transplant to lower peaks, but wasn’t told MFO wouldn’t perform it. My concerns about shaving were ignored; instead of a small patch, half the back of my head was shaved after they told me it would be a lot smaller then what they shaved. They grafted below my hairline, leaving a large gap between my natural hairline and the lowered section. Only ~15 grafts at the front. I was told “it takes a year to grow, take biotin,” but nothing grows where no grafts were placed between the gap. They never discussed about not grafting where the surgical incision and or the potential of revision. They just processed to leave a big gap between my natural hairline and the lowered grafts with nothing in between. My hair was also tied wet in a bun for hours after surgery, I lost about 45% of my hair when I took my bun out. It was falling out also for about 6 months after surgery. I ended up plucking the front because it looked ridiculous like I had random hairs growing out of my forehead.

Brow Bone Reduction – 8/10
Brow bone is flatter, but I now have a visible hole in my sinus cavity, something I’ve seen in many of his patients. Looks fine but concerning.

Rhinoplasty – 2/10
Asked for a natural result (reduce hump, refine/lift tip). Nine months later, my hump is still there—he only shaved the right side, leaving asymmetry. I now have nerve damage in the tip, worse breathing, constant dryness, and basically no visible improvement. Waste of money. Didn’t achieve even a conservative approach. Unfinished job. There’s still a bony hump not shaved down. No refinent in my tip. Still flat as it was before. Really disappointing.

Jaw Reduction – 8/10
Visually smaller, but I can’t fully open my mouth without pain for long periods

Chin Reduction – 4/10
The most damaging procedure. No risks discussed in consultation. My chin is smaller, but the sensation is unbearable—like layers of glue pulling every time I talk. The team denies nerve damage, but Australian doctors disagree. This surgery has harmed my daily life and confidence

Cheek Fat Transfer – 1/10
No difference at all.

Breast Augmentation – 9/10
Happy with this result, natural and no issues so far.

Team & Service
The staff were kind, but very young/inexperienced. No RN available at the hospital for patient questions. After pre-op bloods I was taken to a smoky café, then pressured to sign a thick stack of Turkish paperwork I couldn’t properly read while the driver hurried me. I’d already paid in full before leaving Australia, so this felt exploitative. Risks should be discussed in detail in person—not left to Google Translate.

Surgery & Aftercare
Before anesthesia, staff threw files on my lap and gave no reassurance. Waking up was terrifying. Afterward, I had paranoia and hallucinations—possibly a reaction to Ciprofloxacin. January–February was one of the scariest times of my life, and I wouldn’t have made it without my partner. At the airport, I wasn’t given correct documentation to fly and was held aside until it was resent.

Even looking back at their Instagram stories, I’ve seen staff with masks down, wearing casual jackets in the OR. It makes me question if MFO truly did my surgeries or if parts were delegated. I didn’t fly across the world to be operated on by trainees. And to be honest, how do you know if it wasn’t signed as a potential when you rushed to sign documents deliberately printed in Turkish for your struggle.

Conclusion
I’m now consulting with an Australian craniofacial surgeon to consider revising my chin, which I believe was mishandled. The altered sensation impacts me every day.

If I’d known this would be my reality, I never would have paid for minimal results at the cost of lifelong complications.

I do not recommend this clinic. If you’re considering surgery here, really think ten times before making your decision.

Two months after my surgery, I still cannot move my right eyebrow, which makes it impossible to have normal facial expressions. The nerve was clearly damaged to a significant extent, and to be honest, I doubt I will ever fully regain control of my facial movements. The results of the procedures are at best mediocre – unfortunately, in many aspects I feel deeply disappointed and robbed of my money.

The jaw reduction was performed only to a very small degree and only on one side! Dr. Mfo – WHY??? Instead of achieving a nice, symmetrical jawline, one side was merely slightly shaved down, while the other side was left almost untouched. Instead of a real bone reduction, there was only minimal intervention, which did not meet my expectations at all.

The chin reduction was not performed at all, even though it was included in the contract. The asymmetry, which was my biggest complex, is still clearly visible. As a “solution,” the doctor suggested a genioplasty, even though simple contouring would have been sufficient – to me, this looked like just another attempt to take more money from me. In addition, a consultation in a renowned clinic in Belgium and my CT scan confirmed Dr. Mfo’s malpractice.

My forehead was only slightly contoured, without any real reduction of the brow bone above my eyes. The “cat eye” procedure, which was also agreed upon, had absolutely no effect. My eyebrows are asymmetrical and at different heights! On the CT scan you can clearly see two holes in the forehead, and those skin indentations were visible to the naked eye.

The only consultation about the planned appearance took place the day before the surgery. If the doctor doesn’t fully understand your expectations, he will simply do the procedure his own way – and even then, it will be far from what you agreed upon. The surgeon does everything carelessly and sloppily, as if just rushing to finish quickly and earn more money.

My impression is that all the friendliness and attention end the moment you make the payment for the operation. After that, the contact becomes much less pleasant, and your concerns are brushed aside. You no longer matter.

What I regret most is that I spent all my savings on procedures that I will mostly have to redo in the future with a better surgeon. The results are purely cosmetic and not at all what I wanted. I asked for a natural effect – unfortunately, the doctor seems to have interpreted this as if I didn’t want any changes at all. On top of that, they keep lying and lying, saying that this is exactly what I asked for. They lie very often.

This clinic is not cheap, even by EUROPEAN standards, and the results are very average. I do not recommend it – if you’re really looking for a real change, think carefully before making your decision, because with Dr. Mfo you will only lose your money, time, and go through pain after surgery – all for nothing!

A world class surgeon, an immaculate, tranquil clinic and a fantastic team! I had FFS (hairline lowering, forehead contouring, brow and cheekbone reductions, jaw/chin contouring & cheek lift) with Dr. MFO two weeks ago.

From start to finish, the experience has surpassed by expectations: Nur is so kind, professional and helpful from day one. Dr. MFO has the rare combination of surgical brilliance and integrity that proved so elusive over my seven year exhaustive search for an FFS surgeon who matched all my criteria.

The pricing was competitive, transparent and consistent. At consultation, I was pushing for additional procedures that the Doctor talked me out of (e.g. I wanted work on my under eye bags and Dr. MFO advised me the cheek lift would naturally correct these and it looks like he was 100% correct).

The hospital facilities were very good. Surgery and recovery surprised me; I expected pain but felt none- the only a sensation was some tightness above my temples from the hairline surgery. The eye swelling I wasn't expecting! Having a narrow field of vision right after surgery was a strange experience. Ayse was the soft-spoken angel who supported me with everything during this time, so thankful for her!

Aftercare at the clinic was excellent with regular check ups. Emre was the best chaperone, so patient and genuinely lovely person. Yasmin was fantastic on reception, catered to every need, she's like the Mum of the clinic! Lymphatic drainage massages with Omar were excellent and it was so heartening that Dr. MFO checked in on every single step of the recovery process.

To find a Doctor of such surgical brilliance combined with integrity, emotional intelligence and compassion is a very rare thing. I am eternally grateful to the Doctor and the team and can't recommend him enough to anyone looking for FFS. He is a World Class Surgeon and you are in extremely skilled and safe hands. I'm already planning to return for additional surgery in June. Until then, thanks again! <3

Got FFS surgery with Dr.MFO, for real everything was perfect.
