Estou a espera de uma encomenda

Estou a espera de uma encomenda, que não foi entregue, por ter morada insuficiente ou incorreta (XW245469196JF) todas as empresas conseguem entregar encomendas, menos a Chronopost e a DPD. A morada está correta, é normal as empresas contactarem o cliente durante a entrega para algum esclarecimento. O que não aconteceu.
Espero poder receber a minha encomenda.

They appear to have given up deliveries to your home.

For the third delivery running, there has been no effort to deliver to my home address. I get an email in the morning saying that is out for delivery, I wait in and nothing arrives. Then a day later, I'll try and chase it up and find out it's just been delivered to a nearby collection point. No communication at all and they are virtually impossible to contact. I hope companies stop using them.

By far the worst of the delivery companies.

Estou extremamente insatisfeita com o serviço prestado pela DPD Portugal.

Enviei uma encomenda internacional com entrega ao domicílio, mas a mesma foi entregue à transportadora parceira em Espanha (SEUR), que marcou incorretamente a morada como errada e acabou por desviar o envio para um ponto de recolha sem qualquer autorização.

O mais preocupante é que, após vários contactos com a DPD, não foi aberta qualquer reclamação formal nem fornecido um número de processo. Fui simplesmente informada de que a situação teria de ser resolvida diretamente com a SEUR, o que é inaceitável, uma vez que o contrato foi feito com a DPD.

Não foi apresentada qualquer solução concreta, nem prazo de resolução, demonstrando uma total falta de acompanhamento e responsabilidade perante o cliente.

Não se trata de um simples atraso, mas sim de uma falha clara no serviço contratado e na assistência ao cliente.

Não recomendo.

Avoid if possible

Repeated non-delivery or pick-up to a home address and parcels have arrived damaged. This company do not care about their negative reviews or even respond to complaints in a meaningful way. Although we try to avoid it, companies such as Amazon frequently outsource to them, giving the buyer no choice in who makes the delivery. If possible, sellers and buyers should try to avoid using DPD altogether.

Same as everyone else, terrible service.

Same as everyone else, package didn’t arrive. The driver couldn’t find a hotel marked on every navigation app. Their tracking even showed that they tried delivery at an address not given to them and the hotel for delivery is labelled on the same page. Now not able to get them the deliver on the rescheduled date. Not responding to emails. Clearly the company doesn’t care, they don’t respond to complaints or criticism. Companies like Takoon should not be using couriers that are so poorly rated. Clearly Chronopost/DPD Portugal managers are greedy, taking customers money without fulfilling their agreements for timely delivery, and not caring to improve their service. But I’m sure their pockets are full.

The problems continue, with lies on their tracking page that they attempted a delivery on the rescheduled date which was occurring at the same time hotel staff were on the phone to them, and their staff were saying that no delivery would be attempted until tomorrow.

Now it is the next day, they have given us a between 1600-1700 delivery time, which is the worst possible for us on a tight travel schedule, and I have little faith that the delivery will occur.

Empresa DPD Portugal não fiàvel !!!

A minha encomenda proveniencia internacional chega aos armazéns da DPD Portugal dia 19 de março 2026 e até à data de hoje 26 março ainda não foi entregue,mas todos os dias com promessa de entrega....andam a passeá-la,é uma empresa não séria...uma vergonha...a evitar.

Extravio de encomenda

Extravio de encomenda. No passado dia 18 de Novembro de 2025 procedi ao envio de um componente automóvel para uma reparação a ser efectuada na Alemanha. Trata-se de um componente caro e de dificil substituição. Achei estranho o tracking não ter alguma actualização desde o dia 22 de Novembro e no dia 5 de Dezembro de 2025 entrei em contacto com a DPD. Foi-me garantido que iria ter uma resposta breve e por email. 2 semanas e depois de 3 telefonemas fui finalmente informado pelo telefone que a encomenda estaria extraviada. A questão aqui é, não deveria já ter sido informado antes? Após a minha reclamação, não ter tido uma resposta? Na página web pode-se ler "A excelência na relação com os nossos clientes, assim como a inovação e liderança tecnológica é o que nos torna únicos..." Ficarei então a aguardar que a excelência ne relação se concretize. Para já estou muito desapontado. No dia 28 de Janeiro de 2026 epois de umas semanas à espera de resposta ou ser compensado pelos danos causados, sou informado que a morada estaria errada e que a encomenda me seria devolvida. A morada não está errada, trata-se apenas de incompetência da parte da DPD Portugal, e uma tentativa de fugir à responsabilidade de durante mais de 2 meses ter a minha encomenda extraviada. Finalmente no dia 19 de Fevereiro de 2026 recebi o código para levantamento da encomenda que já deveria ter sido entregue ao destinatário à mais de 2 meses. Perante o relatado, julgo ser por demais evidente que no mínimo deveria a DPD Portugal me compensar pelo sucedido em vez de usar afirmações falsas numa tentativa de justificar o sucedido.

Subcontratados sem critério

Subcontratados sem critério. O serviço de entregas piorou drasticamente. Os estafetas subcontratados ignoram sistematicamente a morada de destino e depositam as encomendas em pontos de recolha por conveniência própria. Uma falha grave de gestão e de respeito pelo cliente.

Pior é impossível

Trocaram as encomendas todas, há alguém cujo trabalho é só colar etiquetas e ainda assim, conseguem fazê-lo mal. Recebi encomenda que não era minha e a minha, sabe-se lá por onde anda. Serviço de atendimento ao cliente é zero, não resolvem nada e dizem que nós temos que tratar com sabe-se lá quem. Controle de qualidade também não deve haver, porque se houvesse isto não acontecia tantas vezes

“I feel cheated, robbed, and lied to.

A 4 kg package was dropped off at the DPD shipping point in Ansião on February 18, 2026, and supposedly shipped on February 19. Yet, as of March 5, it is still in the warehouse. The package contains valuable books and items of sentimental value, worth roughly €300. In my opinion, it has effectively been stolen.

Customer service is a nightmare: on the phone, you wait forever and then get disconnected, forcing you to start all over again. They insist that the package is already on its way abroad. If you protest that the Track & Trace information shows otherwise, this is simply denied, and you are told to call again within 72 hours.

Because you need to enter your Track & Trace number in the menu, we were disconnected when we had to wait briefly. On subsequent attempts, the call was cut off at the first ring. Their response is simple: “The package is gone.” This is not an exception; 92% of reviews give only one star.

Dear people, this is pure fraud and theft! Besides lies and stringing you along, you are now required to describe everything in your package. There is a deliberate discouragement policy when it comes to claiming reimbursement and shipping costs. This is extraordinarily criminal, and I cannot understand how DPD headquarters can tarnish its name in Portugal in this way.

Atraso e falta de comunicação

Venho reclamar do serviço da DPD e um atraso de quase 4 dias à data.
Segunda feira dia 05/03/2026 coloquei um pedido recebi o nr de encomenda
Terça feira recebo um email de quality com o texto
"A DPD informa que a recolha número yyyy será efectuada hoje, dia 03 mar, entre as 15:30 e as 16:30."
 mas ninguém veio buscar a encomenda.
Quarta feira falo com a linha 218546001 a informar-me que aguardasse até ao final do dia que deveria fazer a recolha
Hoje quinta feira falei novamente com a linha que me informou que não tem sistema e para lhes ligar de volta passado 1h.
Depois deste tempo todo eu o cliente é que ainda tenho de ligar para resolver o problema da DPD.

DPD Portugal is by far the worst…

DPD Portugal is by far the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with.

I have lived at three different addresses in the same city. The addresses were always correct. Every other delivery company has been able to find and deliver to them without any issue. DPD has never been able to. They have not delivered a single package to me. Not one.

This has been happening for years. I always pay the full delivery price, and they consistently fail to provide the service I paid for.

This company operates in a completely unacceptable way, borderline illigal has they not fulfil what you have paid for. I will be considering further action regarding these repeated failures.

Do yourself a favor and never, ever use this company.

DPD Portugal specifically where I live on the Algarve are first class. DPD Portugal been delivering consistent rapid service ‘with a smile’ here for many years. Also of note is the fact they notify you ahead of time regarding impending shipments. Professional and friendly

LIES, Fake Status Updates ("Bad Weather"), and Total Chaos far the most dishonest…

This is by far the most dishonest shipping company operating in Europe. I am waiting for an express parcel (084488**013) that has been held hostage in their Lisbon hub for weeks.

The dishonesty: To justify their internal delays and avoid penalties, they falsified the tracking status to "Mau Tempo" (Bad Weather) on days when the Madeira airport was fully operational and receiving dozens of flights. They lie to customers to cover up their logistical failures (sending express air cargo via slow sea freight without authorization).

The incompetence: Their email support promises a delivery date (Feb 5th), but their official system shows a date 10 days later (Feb 15th)—which is AFTER I permanently leave the country. Despite clear warnings that this will result in a lost parcel, they refuse to align their system or guarantee delivery.

I have had to involve the CEO and the regulators (ANACOM) just to get a reply. If you value your mental health and your property, never trust DPD Portugal.

Scam

Scam, attention - the deliveries are being scheduled randomly, the packages are getting lost. I still didn't receive my order, it was supposed to arrive in one week, I have been waiting for almost 2 months and still nothing.
It's very inconvenient as they schedule random hours dates with the customers, sometimes in the past, so people keep on waiting the entire day at home and nothing happens. Attention!
