Give her some time to get her business fully up and running before booking
While Angel was very responsive, helpful and friendly over text, I think she’s already losing sight of what’s important in her chosen industry. She showed up super late, came unprepared and didn’t even do a thorough job. She told me she’d be 5 minutes late then told me at 5 minutes past my appointment time that she was on her way and would be there in 20 minutes which was actually more like 30. Told me she was almost done which seemed odd since the outside of the car hadn’t been touched. After questioning her and confirming I booked both interior and exterior cleans she then proceeded to tell me the equipment she needed to wash the exterior was broken and she’d have to come back another day. Her website says she’ll clean the headliner upon request. I pointed out some small stains and asked if she’d work on them. They’re still there, seemingly untouched. There’s a lot of dust leftover in the vents and sand in the interior carpet. Windows are dirty and/or streaky. I will be transparent and tell you she deeply discounted the service and she came back to wash the outside like she said she would. But, I would’ve rather paid full price for a quality job. Sadly still on the search for a good detailer.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We sincerely apologize that your initial experience with our detailing service did not meet your expectations. We understand your frustration regarding the delay and the initial oversight with the exterior cleaning.
We acknowledge the miscommunication regarding the arrival time and the unexpected equipment malfunction that prevented us from completing the exterior service during the initial appointment. We understand this was a significant inconvenience, and we are taking steps to ensure better time management and equipment checks in the future.
Regarding the headliner, we did address the stains as requested. Due to the delicate nature of the headliner material, we used a gentle cleaning method to avoid damage. Any more aggressive cleaning would have risked destroying the material. We discussed this approach with you, and you agreed it was acceptable.
We are glad we were able to return and provide the complimentary exterior wash as promised. We wanted to demonstrate our commitment to making things right.
We are truly sorry that the interior cleaning did not meet your standards. We will be reviewing our processes to ensure a more thorough cleaning, including attention to detail in areas like vents, carpets, and windows.
We value your feedback and will use it to improve our services. We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality detailing and exceptional customer service. We hope you will consider giving us another opportunity to demonstrate our commitment to excellence.
